Nashville- Music To My Ears

We had a great stay at the McGraw! We stayed an entire week and it definitely beat staying at a hotel
 this property is conveniently located.. approximately 15 mins to Broadway and 15 mins to the Grand Ole Opry.. the property was clean with one exception, the pull out sofa had enough finger snacks in it to feed a family for a week! We loved our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!Thank you for hosting my family for the week!

It was a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed my stay.The place was clean and well maintained.lt was quiet since it was 20 mins away from Nashville .I would love to stay at avant- stay again but it seems like their properties are limited in certain areas.

Loved it!

Close to everything. 20 minutes or less from all the fun stuff! parking wasn’t an issue, the house was very clean, and quiet! Don’t worry about the road noise, it is not bad! Any questions I had were responded to promptly! Will definitely return!

Graduation weekend!

The property was lovely! We had a little difficulty getting in, (the code was incorrect) but we called, and the property management was able to assist us. The only issue with the property is that there is no closet for guests in one of the bedrooms. It is locked and says it is for housekeeping supplies. There is a closet in the kitchen that would be better suited for that so guests have a place to hang their clothing. Other things that would make a stay more comfortable: *hooks in the bathrooms for towels *hangers in the closet *coasters for the lovely wood tables Overall, this is a great property with lots of open space, bright rooms, and comfortable furniture. Thank you for our visit - we will happily return!

Nice and spacious

We loved it. There was a record player, games, a fantastic kitchen!! They provided plenty of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, towels, and blankets etc. Our only complaint is that there are multiple windows in the living room and there is one on the kitchen door that do not have any kind of window coverings. It made it a little uncomfortable to watch tv our walk around the house because we didn’t know if people were looking in etc. Beds were super comfortable and we very much enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Long weekend get away

The place was very nice but lacked several things that should be common in a vacation rental. It had no toaster, no broom and dust pan, no hooks in bathroom to hang towels or clothes on
 furniture was very uncomfortable after being out all day we just wanted to come back and relax but the couch was terrible and it just had two stiff chairs for other places to sit. Also the side alley had trash all over it. Very disappointed on the location as we had two grandchildren with us and no place for them to even play outside. My bad for not looking at surroundings area better.

Nice but VERY Noisy

The place is very nice. However, if you're a light or normal sleeper, it's a problem. It's right on the interstate and an entrance ramp. We didn't sleep well at all.

Everything you need!

The property is clean, nice and very well equipped. It is just as described. Super comfortable beds & a great stay. A small problem w chairs was solved immediately. Of special note - Many thanks to local staff that came by & spread salt on steps during snowstorm! It was much appreciated.

Beautiful Place !

The condo was beautiful! It was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. It took us about 10 minutes to get in to downtown Nashville. However we were close to a few things we did. The Gaylord Resort , Opry Mills Mall, The Redneck tour, and The Troubadour theater! I highly recommend all of them. I have to say the complaints I would have about this beautiful unit would be the following: The master bedroom is in much need of thermal back curtains! Anything to block that Sun and heat coming through that window would be a huge help. When you walked by the curtains on that side of the bed you could feel the heat radiating through the curtains. At times it was almost unbearable in the room. We had the fifth ceiling fan flying, and it was still uncomfortable. Turning the AC down more only froze everyone downstairs. Living in a country setting , the highway noise was difficult to sleep with at first. However the earplugs provided by the owner helped me sleep like a baby. Thermal backed curtains would help a little with sound as well as heat.

The location shown for this property on map in the VRBO listing is inaccurate and deceptive. This property backs up to a parkway and is in an area that is in transition from industrial to residential. The property itself is quite nice, and the staff is quite responsive (except to complaints about the location compared to the VRBO listing.)

Great place to stay

Great place for a short stay. We were in town for a conference. The location is next to an expressway so there is road noise. We solved that by running the bathroom fans at night. It may feel cozy for 8 adults unless you’re using the house just for sleeping/breakfast, but it’s laid out well. Would rent again!

Industrial neighborhood

This home was clean, comfortable and a fine place to lay your head to sleep. We came with our daughter and granddaughter and the neighborhood was not so conducive to taking a walk or venturing out. The kitchen is equipped but not so much for actually preparing a meal. We would have been better in a more family oriented home.

Great property. Terrible check-in process

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Having 2 and 1/2 bathrooms was especially handy. The location was decent - not great for walking but easy to get to highways and such by car so made for a good hub for exploring Nashville. We also appreciated the organization, where closets, cabinets, etc, were labeled with their contents. That was a big time saver. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars was the check-in process. After I had already booked (and paid) on Vrbo, I was asked to sign a lengthy contract (10+ pages), which had errors that were never corrected (though an agent for the property manager said others had complained about similar issues in the past). I also had to send a picture of my ID as well as my face, without having the option of viewing any kind of privacy policy and being able to opt out or cancel the reservation at this point. It seemed excessive, and I've never had to do that for any other property. I felt like I was forced with this and the contract, since I had already paid the non-refundable fee.
