I was so glad this place was pet friendly as my dog cannot be boarded because of separation anxiety. The entire home was perfect, we were able to walk to the NYE Bash which was wonderful. The house was perfectly stocked with all one would need. Blow dryers, curling irons, makeup cloths, coffee station, so much to mention. I 100% recommend this home

Wish all rentals were this good!

Loved our stay! The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Sleeping actually included 2 rooms with king beds, one room with 4 queen beds, and 2 roll away cots (twins). All had their own bathroom and shower. Don't worry if you forget something as they probably have it in the apartment. The host has stocked everything you'll need and things you didn't know you wanted. Communication with the host was excellent and we encountered no problems during the stay. Parking on the street was no problem and right by the door. Will definitely stay here again when next in Nashville with a large group!

Fun & Relaxing Destination

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very spacious, clean and accommodating for all six of us. The rooms were large and with ensuites which was helpful for the number of people staying. The kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of space. The rooftop was a great gathering area and to view the skyline of downtown. Great location as it was quiet and easy to get an uber to downtown. Recommend and would stay again.

Super cute place!

Super cute place for our small bachelorette party! Kitchen was fully stocked and there were several things that we could use for our event. The host was great and super easy and quickly responded when we needed something. Overall we had a great time and it was a quick Uber to everything we wanted to do!

Suitable stay

The house itself was clean and cute style for a Nashville stay. Upon arrival, the ambiance of neighborhood made our group a bit weary. Ok to walk about during day but evening hours felt unsafe. Sirens sounded several times first night. Solo bedrooms had worn mattresses that made for uncomfortable stay over course of 3 nights. Also, a more intuitive thermostat to adjust would have been ideal as temperature fluctuated a lot amongst levels and rooms. Overall, house served its purpose and for price it was acceptable.

Great Stay

We were 2 couples from California and Florida who met in Nashville for a fun get together. The property is spacious, well appointed and is accurately represented in the pictures. Location is good - about 10 minute drive to Broadway and 15 minute walk to the Germantown neighborhood for a more relaxed vibe. The neighborhood is up and coming with lots of new development nearby. Overall a nice stay and would do it again.

Amazing for large groups

Came with a group of 9 for a bachelor party, and this house was absolutely perfect for us. Looks exactly like the photos online. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of beds. Host was very responsive to messages. Checking in and out was super easy. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing property! 5 Stars!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was immaculate, gorgeous, and stocked with so many great amenities like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower, a coffee maker and flavored syrups for morning coffee, super comfy beds and linens, and more. It's a great place for a group as there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you can spread out and actually sleep or have a fun slumber party! The location is so perfect for visitors as it's really close to so many great neighborhoods and you can get anywhere in 5-15 minutes. Great views of the city on the roof! The manager was incredibly responsive, made sure we had everything we needed, was really helpful. A fantastic experience overall! Thank you!

Perfect in Every Way

When I say this property had everything you didn’t know you needed, it is not an exaggeration. The comfy beds and the eclectic assortment of flavors at the coffee station were exceptional. Everything you would ever need for your stay is provided down to the smallest detail. The properties proximity to downtown, tourist areas, and shopping was spectacular also. I think when it is all said and done, the little things matter, and that is what makes this the best VRBO property I have ever stayed in to date.

Son's 21st Birthday Celebration

The layout is perfect, so much space and exactly as advertised. Location was perfect for us, near a grocery store, easy Uber access for pick ups. The house was very clean and rooftop area is perfect for sunset cocktails and social time together. This house was perfect for our celebration of my sons 21st birthday with friends and family. If we come back, we would stay here again. Working with the host was perfect, great communication and lots of assistance with information and suggestions where to go. Thank You

Perfect for a group

Plenty of space to hang out and everyone had their own sleeping space. Kitchen was great and well-stocked. The roof had a great view! Only notes would be finding an easier way to lower the projection screen. We were all shorter and managed to find a way but an easier provided way would have been nice. Also i think some clip on reading lamps in the bunk bed area would be a great little touch.

The property was very nice and had everything that we needed. It is close to the highway so a little noise but not bad with the windows closed. It could definately use some touchup painting. Great location. A $15 uber to Broadway.

Such a great house!

The listing pictures match the house perfectly! We loved that you can tell the owners and host really care about the property with the quality of the appliances, furniture, linens and over all feel of the place. The rooftop hang out was spectacular at night time!

Great place!

This property was perfect for our group of four friends get away! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and we loved the outdoor spaces - especially the roof top. Great location that’s walking distance to Germantown area restaurants and TN museum. Short Uber ride to downtown Nashville. Adam was very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location for Nashville

We had booked the house a couple months in advance. Since the beginning, I was involved in a consistent line of communication to help me out with a smooth check in process/stay. We were able to go out downtown & germantown, golf at the Hermitage (highly recommend the Presidents course), and hangout with a fire on the rooftop. The place kept us comfortable and we had a wonderful time! Will be coming back in the future.

Beautiful, spacious home

We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious home. There was a group of 8 of us and we had more than enough room. It is located in a developing area but it didn’t affect our stay at all. It’s about an 8-10 minute Uber ride to downtown and they were very affordable. We had one small hiccup with the shower water not warming up, but the owner was at the house in less than 30 minutes checking everything over. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Nashville!

The most amazing stay!

Adam is the perfect host and the home is beyond beautiful! My family and I felt safe and comfortable. We slept AMAZINGLY in the beds. And the rooftop was breathtaking! I’d definitely come back and recommend this home to anyone visiting.

This place and the owner are great!!! Better than advertised.
