This hotel just opened in June, 2025 but you would not know that. The staff exuded excellence from the moment we pulled up to time of our departure. The hotel room was spacious and very beautiful. My only complaint and it is tiny, charging $5.00 for a can of soda in the hotel bar. Now if it was fountain soda I would understand a bit more. But for a can of soda, a bit much.

Beautiful room but nothing was included

The hotel and room was beautiful and very clean. They did leave out important details though like parking is $60 a night and coffee isn’t complimentary and doesn’t even taste good. It’s the kind that’s left out all day and they charge you $5 for it… for a room that cost $400 a night you’d think these things would be included.

Great stay in Nashville Gulch

My state at The Canopy was amazing. The staff was always friendly. The food at the restaurant and the pizza was fantastic. David was a fantastic waiter. I found my room to be cleaned and well prepared every day. The area around the hotel was fun to explore and Broadway wasn’t that far away.

It is so new many bugs to work out. first room TV did not work. So they did us a solid and upgraded us to a suite. Very nice. But the guest bathroom did not have electric. And the master shower leaked like crazy flooding the floor. I'm sure they will get it fixed. Overall nice place

Close to DT and restaurants. Decent cafe food, friendly staff with slow pace service. Best part was the eco friendly water system which all hotels should offer, I recommend a carafe in the room for filling. Elevators have no info on non-room places such as cafe, gym alike info most 4-5 stars hotels have.

Good location, super clean!

Really nice place in the heart of the Gulch, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, super clean, and great staff. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel and we had a terrible view of it from our room. Not a city view like I expected. Other than that, everything was great.

Modern hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Parking is a challenge due to valet only and there can be a delay getting your car. The on-site restaurant was nice but we had a fly and gnat issue near the window that made dinner a bit nasty. The room was spacious and extremely modern. Despite some unavoidable events, I'd stay again
