Tucked away in the private carriage house behind the main home, this 1,100 sq. ft. condo offers much more space than a typical Nashville rental. With 9-foot ceilings, oversized bedrooms, and a large, comfortable living room, there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city.

The home has been recently remodeled with an updated, comfortable interior while retaining the character that makes the property unique. Guests also enjoy a full-size washer and dryer, making it especially convenient for longer stays.

Our stay in Nashville was wonderful thanks to this property being easy and centrally located. We chose it, in part, because it has parking, which was covered and right out our door. Another reason we selected it is because of the comfy seating in the living room. We were visiting our daughter who has a small apartment so it was great that all 6 of us had a place to sit around when we weren't out and about in Nashville. Since we will be returning to Nashville often to visit our daughter, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Lovely Home

We had such a wonderful time visiting Nashville, largely in part because of our experience in our VRBO. We loved the place itself as everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed during our stay, but just as exciting was the location. And free covered parking in the heart of downtown?!??! What a treat!!! Highly recommend staying here!

The carriage house is located in a great location 5 min away from the madness of Broadway. The apartment is very roomy and has all the essentials needed to be comfortable. The hosts were easily accessible and very helpful .We will be returning, we loved it!

Great location and very clean!

We enjoyed our proximity to attractions in the area and the short drive down to Broadway. Music Row has an amazing history so it was cool to be in the middle of that. Susan/Ron were so quickly responsive and helpful, and it was great to have a parking spot off the street. The house itself was clean and full of light.

Wonderful property

The Carriage House was clean, spacious and just what the doctor ordered… literally. We used this as a base while my husband had surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center. It was close to the hospital (took me about 8 minutes to walk it, located in a safe neighborhood and was also close to restaurants (plenty of choices within walking distance). We would highly recommend this property!

The amazing Carriage house
