Amazing service and friendly staff. Very spacious room. I would recommend stay away from ice machine side of hall, a little too noisy of people getting ice, somehow all day and night! Otherwise, wonderful stay.

Stayed one night as hotel was near to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. We didnt use the pool but it did look nice. The cocktail happy hour was a pleasant surprise which we received a ticket for a free drink. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Staff very helpful.

Hotel was very close to the airport and also not far from the downtown area. It is located in what appears to be an industrial area so there wasnt much back there in terms of places to walk to so a rental car is definitely recommended. Hotel has a small hot tub which was perfect because during my stay noone else was using it. The staff was very kind and there was lots of parking.

Our 2nd room was nice the first room smelt like a dog has lived in it! When it was supposed to be a pet friendly room! The maintenance man an older gentleman was super rude marches into the room while my wife was in there with my son without knocking after I stated they were in the room. He had an attitude with my wife and I! And my wife is allergic to dogs and cats she swells up and gets itchy. He said very rudely “it doesn’t smell like dogs must be because it’s humid in the room” we ignored it then he said that “he is allergic to humidity” very unprofessional and upsetting because we loved our last stay there. And on top of that the house keeping was super rude none of them seemed to speak English. One of the house keeping ladies ran into didn’t say nothing but gave me a rude stare. In my eyes that maintenance guy need to be fired for being unprofessional and rude!!!!

I would absolutely stay here again. Lots of places to relax outside with nice foliage. The hotel is very clean and the pool and jacuzzi are great. Very nice happy hour and breakfast. The staff was exceptional

The property was well maintain. The room was very special. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They even had happy hour. It was great too. They have a shuttle that will take you down to Nashville. It was awesome.. The pool area was nice too. I would stay here again.
