Breakfast was fantastic Walking distance to restaurants, a convenience store at reception. Coffee/tea station and water refill stations. Short Uber/Taxi ride into Broadway (20mins walk) Make sure to pull hard and lock door. Parking approx 20 per night Place was clean, staff friendly

Not sure what they "renovated" but it was not the rooms or the stairs. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures. The water pressure in the shower is poor at best. It looks like they pulled up the non-slip in the bathtub, but the residue is still there, so it looks very dirty. We will not be staying there again.

This property was very clean and well maintained ~~I certainly would consider this a great starting point…not too much happening in the immediate area…but it is walkable to “Down Town Nashville”…and literally minutes away from the “Gulch” area.

The room was very dated, the AC smelled musty, the door was difficult to shut, the wifi signal was so weak I had to use a hot spot and the staff at the counter was, in my opinion rude (little to no eye contact, short responses). The cleaning staff did a nice job cleaning the room, but ultimately, I will NOT stay there again.
