The room wasn’t clean. We found hairs in the sink and shower. They forgot to provide soap. Checkin guy was nice but the checkout lady, not so much. Breakfast was nice. Location was pretty convenient.

When I arrived, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The counter tops and toilet felt dusty, did not feel like they were adequately wiped down. The sink drain stopper was pulled out and laying behind the sink. There was a long curly black hair on the desk, and the chair at the desk had a lot of crumbs on it. The hallways smelled super strong like they were covering up a bad scent. The breakfast did not have any waffle batter the first two days of my stay. I was told by the staff that they had not had any batter for over two weeks. The waffle iron had crusted dried batter in it and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time, that’s especially odd if they had not had batter in that long. The cups holding utensils all had various food crumbs at the bottom of them. On Wednesday morning, I opened the chaffing dish with eggs and there was a long black hair cooked in with the eggs. I decided not to eat any breakfast after that.

Talk of cutbacks at check in when we asked if they still do cookies. Cutbacks really showed at breakfast with all 3 juice dispensers not working along with sour milk. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.
