We were visiting Nashville for a show at the Opry and this was a perfect place to stay! Quick and easy trip to the Opry and Broadway. Quiet neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need and drawers and cabinets were labeled for us. We enjoyed the back patio at night and playing games provided by the host. The house was clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

Moms’ weekend

The property was beautiful. It was 15 minutes, or less, from everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed walks in the charming neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. Rules were strict, so not the right property for everyone. But for 5 moms on a getaway, it was perfect!

Pictures are spot on, this home is 10 minutes drive from downtown and a few minutes away from amenities. Everything you need for a great Nashville getaway! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was a 10!

First of all the place was perfect for our family. Beds and linens were so comfortable. As was the living space. So much room. Everything was easy to find. They thought of everything! The hosts are outstanding! We had a few questions and they were answered within 10 minutes every time. The location to what we wanted to do was perfect. 3 miles from the Opry, I think it took us 10 minutes to drive downtown. The neighborhood is older but so peaceful. You won’t be sorry you stayed here! We will be back!

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood yet so conveniently located. The house was the best stocked of any rental we’ve used: hand soap, toiletries, extra blankets and pillows, and even snacks! We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This property is beautiful. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the house is relaxing. It is beautifully decorated. The entire house is comfortable from the moment you step in. The living room has comfortable chairs and a sofa. The kitchen has an eat-in island, and the dining room has a large table great for eating or playing games. The bedrooms were tranquil and had plenty of storage. The backyard has a nice picnic table and plenty of shade trees to sit under and enjoy the peace and quiet. The location is great being only about 10 minutes from downtown, but there are also plenty of necessities within minutes. Would definitely choose this property on a return visit.

Beautiful Home

The house was very welcoming. Beautiful, well kept. We had a great time. We would love to stay again on our next trip out. The Uber drive to Broadway was not bad at al-l love having the space to stretch out and enjoy one another. Highly recommend!!! Thank you. Loved seeing the black cat roaming around on the property , I was missing my cats and that was just a plus!

We came to celebrate life with friends! Wonderful hosts. Property was just perfect for us! Great neighborhood. We felt safe coming and going by Uber. Loved the patio to sit outside in evening when we returned from downtown. While we brought coffee and many other things, we Loved the small amenities that were provided too like coffee, paper towels, and soap! Those extras made us feel more welcome! Only concern was narrow driveway but we made sure our Uber driver didn’t pull into driveway so the lighting didn’t get damaged. Beautiful place! Would definitely stay again!

Our door code didn't work, only problem we had. I texted the number provided and they immediately gave me a new number to try. Close enough to Nashville to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful. House was clean and many extras. Had a great experience.

very nice property, easy location

Nice stay, house was as pictured, it was clean and nice. My only issue is that on the VRBO listing under bedrooms lists 4 bedrooms. The write up does say 3 bedrooms, but where it says bedrooms - lists four bedrooms. I believe that they were trying to say that there are twin fold up beds. That did not come across for me. They say there is on bedroom with two twin beds. There are only three bedrooms. The two twins are portable fold up beds, they are kept in the master closet. Not really sure where you would set these beds up other than the master bedroom, laundry room or maybe the living room or sleep in closet. If you plan to use the two twin beds for anyone other than kids not sure how this would work out. Still recommend.

Family Christmas in Nashville

My daughter, sister, niece, and I came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas with my sister who is a stroke survivor. The open floor plan and master bath set up was perfect for her and her wheelchair! She was able to spend four full days with us, to celebrate Christmas outside of her care facility. Her daughter and two grandsons stayed one of the nights with us as well, and we had a fabulous time! Being able to fix a full meal for them and for us to sit together to eat, play games, watch movies, and celebrate as a family was wonderful. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Best Birthday Ever

This was the best Vrbo experience I have ever had. The house is beautiful, clean and close to everything. It’s exactly as it was described and so much more. The mattresses and pillows are HEAVEN! I have never slept so good. This was true for all 3 bedrooms. I will be rebooking with them again for my next trip to Nashville.

Great place to stay!

A great place to stay in the Nashville area! The house was well-cleaned and furnished with everything we needed! Even better every cabinet was well labeled so it was absolutely easy to find what you needed in the kitchen area. The living room was big and the bedrooms were great as well. With only a 10-15 minute ride to downtown Nashville you are quick in and out which is great if you are avoiding staying downtown but still want to make your way there. The northern portion of Nashville can be a bit rough, but the direct neighborhood that this house sits in was nice and we never felt unsafe, but quite the opposite. We will definitely be staying here again!

Girls Weekend Dream

This home is perfect for a Girls Trip. I live in TN but had 5 of my girlfriends fly in for a long weekend in TN. This home had enough space for 6 women and all our "stuff". The kitchen area was so nice and labeled (Seriously Jealous) and the backyard area was beautiful. While we did not spend alot of time in the home as we were busy taking them to see the sights, I would have been just as happy having spent all weekend here just hanging out. It is close to the Lake, close to Downtown Nashville, and it is gorgeous.

Cute place but difficult check in

The place is cute, great decor, big yard and about 15min from downtown. If you rent this property make sure you sign the rental agreement before coming. I signed it but Steph said she didn’t have it. It took us about 30min to check in at 630pm. I almost missed my birthday dinner. Also some of the communication seemed very strange to us. I wouldn’t want to stay here again.

The house was set up well and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Short Uber ride to everything we wanted to see and do. There were only three of us but plenty of room for a larger group. Will definitely book here again on our next trip!
