We arrived after midnight. Place looked a little sketchy. Room was really clean. I wish I would have arrived during the day. In the morning the property wasn’t so bad. We just stood one night.

The hotel was dirty, and when I put that on Expedia, the staff called to ask why the low rating. I explaned there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. They assured me that it would be cleaned. It wasn't. In fact, as far as I can tell, the maid changed the garbage one day, never cleaned the bathroom, changed or made the beds, or anything. I put a peice of trash behind the boilet to see if it would be picked up..it wasn't. I'm a travel agent, and this property will not be recommended to any ore my travelers..it was gross and I have the pictures to show.

Met my needs.

The stay was OK. I didn't have high expectations as I purposely chose a low cost option. The property was a refurbished motel that has been re-done maybe "best as can be expected". I was clean and had all of the necessities. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, the fan coil unit was SO LOUD even on low fan speed. It could not be turned off. It was conveniently located for my needs and had easy access to travel around the city. I would stay there again for a short trip.

Time for an update

The staff was not very friendly, the room smelled like nicotine and there was the bare minimum furniture in the room. It could use a "face lift". There are chips out of the sink, the toilet had been painted in a spot on the inside, cobwebs behind the curtain and the door handle was coming loose from the door.

NO HOUSEKEEPING

Checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Saturday. Housekeeping never did come to the room th clean the whole time even after complaining and requesting clean towels. Trash was never dumped and was running over. Beds were never made. The room was untouched the whole time. By the end of our stay it was gross. They were more than glad to take my money but offered no services. The ladies at the front desk at checkin and checkout were the nicest people. About the only good thing at this place.

The property seems to be generally kept up with. It felt a little dingy, but overall it was pretty clean. Our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke for some reason, so that was a little annoying, considering our rooms were non-smoking. The front desk staff did not know anything about the early check-in that I purchased Through their company, so that caused some confusion until it was solved by the manager. Overall, it seemed relatively safe, it was in a convenient location, and it did what I needed it to do.

The property was ok, it was great that they offered an actual hot breakfast,👍😁 . Didn't like they charge an extra $75 hold to your credit card for incidentals, that takes longer than 72 hours to be returned to your card!

Not recommend.

Upon check in was informed lock may not function due to cold conditions and breakfast was from 6:00-9:00am. Went to room and relaxed for a couple of hours. Went to dinner and upon return lock would not function. Someone came and said we did not push down firm enough on lever. Next morning went to breakfast at 6:05 and again at 6:15. Everything locked and no breakfast. Returned to room after first attempt and luckily someone my wife was still in the room as the the latch still did not open the door from the outside. Left at 6:15 due to no breakfast and had to purchase breakfast. Could not wait around due to an appointment. They owe me for breakfast.
