So overall, not a terrible experience. But not ideal or even enjoyable. it was the little things that morphed into bigger issues. Room was by the pool (above) and while summer, no one monitored the actual closing time to make sure loud teenagers were not in the pool at 11:30pm. That we could have lived with to be honest. Enter parking. Mandatory valet. The issue was that even going down an extra 30 minutes ahead of the time we needed to leave each day srill made us late to class because it took them so long to get our car. Next our credit card was hot multiple times for random charges by valet service. Imagine the surprise after we paid total bill when they had no record of our car at one point. Not to mention the mail we began to receive from a parking service charging us for oven ight parking. What? How is that even possible. In the end we were charged, charged again and then again. It’s been months since we stayed and we still had to stop and call the parking and the hotel to get it straight. IN SEPTEMBER. We stayed in JUNE. Only redemption for them is they had good breakfast and very sweet housekeeping staff. This is an annual trip and next year we will be looking elsewhere. Bummer the location was perfect. Maybe they have this handled but buyer beware.
