Poor visit, good location, not great staff

Our trip was not great this time. The valer was horribly long and unserstaffed. I asked for change for a twenty to give half to the valet and the front desk told me “do we look like a bank, no we have no change”. So rude and unhelpful. We had to leave early and they wouldnt even call expedia/hotels.com to ask for a day refund. I was so sick of this hotel we left early anyways. Great location, but elevators took forever and everyone was complaining about staff. Not a great environment. I probably wont be back

A most excellent stay and we would stay here again. We did have one issue: housekeeping missed our room one of the days we were there! Excuse was that the deadbolt was locked and they thought the rooom was occupied. We were gone all day from 10:15 until 5ish - no way the the door was locked all day!

The housekeeper came by very early and I informed her someone was still sleeping. I asked her to come back. Housekeeper did not come back. Late afternoon I called for towels. An hour and a half later I called again. A total of three hours later we needed to go as well we had tickets so we got ready without. We talked to the front desk and towels finally came while we were gone but no cleaning. Long black hair on towels, bedding and we have short light hair. Overall not impressed.

First time staying at this location and it’s right at the heart of the everything downtown Nashville. The happy hour and breakfast were a welcomed surprised. I would definitely stay again.

There was fecal matter, sprayed all over the toilet when we checked in our room. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our car and almost missed our plane. It wasn’t busy. And when we asked about the car we got push back. But we watched people come after us and get their car.
