We didn't have pets and we didn't have kids. There were lots of kids books, high chair, etc but a King bed and a sofa bed downstairs so I'm not the one to ask if it was kid friendly. For my husband and I, it was perfect.

Walking in just felt like welcoming and clean, love the fenced in back yard for the dogs, that helps a lot to have them stretch legs. Neighborhood was a good, walked to restaurants, bars and shops. We never moved our car, we ubered into downtown and never felt unsafe. We had a couple of issues and Alece answered us very quickly and resolved the issue as soon as possible.

The property was perfect and had everything we needed. It's in a great location to walk to several different places in the 5 points district. Alece was very communicative and easy to work with. I'd personally stay here and again recommend to anyone!

Cute Cottage!!!

We could only find one word to describe the cottage - cute! It was extremely clean, welcoming and comfortable. Home decor was on point and the house came with everything you needed (complete with a secret cabinet full of games). There were plenty of food and drink options within walking distance. We went for a concert at Nissan Stadium and had no problem getting Ubers to the stadium and downtown Nashville. Communication from the host was timely and had all the information we needed without having to ask for it. Would definitely stay in this house again!

Great apartment in the heart of 5 Points

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months while relocating from Hong Kong. The apartment is very charming and in a great location. At night it's quiet, even though you're a short 5 min walk from the heart of 5 points. There are plenty of restaurants & coffee places in walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for interim housing, and we loved out time there.

And what a jewel it was

Beautiful place. I loved this house, it had a really cool vibe. Wish there was maybe a little more info about the house somehow, like its own little house biography perhaps. :D Parking was mostly available right in front of the house most of the time, which was nice. Neat neighborhood, and it was close to everything I wanted to be close to. Thank you for sharing this jewel with my family, we can't wait to come back.

Prefect!

In the perfect location to walk to many of East Nashville’s gems. A variety of bars, restaurants and shops are out the front door. If you want to venture further, you’re a short drive to Nashville’s bustling downtown. The house itself is comfortable, cozy and has all the amenities you’d need. We had no trouble finding street parking. We were very happy there and will recommend to anyone going to Nashville.

The Perfect Place

This was the perfect spot! The house was in an excellent location and super easy to get to downtown Nashville. You can easily walk to restaurants and coffee shops, and it is a short drive to the heart of downtown Nashville. The host was one of the best I have worked with. We will be back!

Gorgeous home, comfortable and cozy

This house was gorgeous and lovely. Stocked with paper towels and toilet paper for the entire stay. Kitchen was so cute, dining room was peaceful, and we loved the view from the living room window. Loft bedroom was great, and quiet at night. Comfy bed. Nice location to walk the dogs in the neighborhood. Bathroom towels were fluffy. Great check in process too. Just wonderful all around!

Location, Location!

This house is a great place to stay when visiting downtown. The 5 points neighborhood feels safe and has everything within walking distance! The house had everything we needed for our stay and the owner communicated well with us! We will definitely be back!

Perfect home away from home!

Nicely appointed, home away from home and had all the supplies you need if coming to stay a while. East Nashville is clearly the place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but easy access to the highways to get to anyplace like Cheekwood Gardens and Arrington Vineyards; both highly recommended. Love the little apt.! Cute, nicely decorated and very clean!

Loved our stay here!

We loved our stay at the Five Points Jewel! The location is perfect. It was our first time in Nashville and we're so happy we stayed in the East End -- lots to do in easy walking distance, but also a quiet charming neighborhood feel. The house itself was beautiful - clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a week's stay. Loved that our dogs were allowed. When we had a question for the host they responded immediately. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area in the future.
