Horrible Customer Service

Had a concert to attend and it was postponed due to Very Inclement weather..Tornados! Would have been nice to at least get a partial refund. I guess its ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AT THIS PLACE! NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY.....WILL NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN

Friendly staff and accommodated. I had a flight delay and was a day late for check in. They took care of me and made the experience there very pleasant. Clean rooms and free breakfast. Location is convenient and close to everything.

It was a good hotel in terms of cleanliness and facility. Staff was great. Breakfast was food. It's too far from Broadway like 25 wakingtimes. Limited green areas for pet relief. The only one was small, dirty and dark at night making it unsafe. Need to put some lighting over there.

Pros- Rooms where clean, Staff where super nice!! Cons-Parking garage over priced, shouldn't be a charge to begin with since staying in the hotel.Noisy environment, music until 1:30 am, then construction around 8:00 am. Breakfast buffet nothing to write home about, and vagrants outside hotel bumming, on the premises not just the street.
