Long Weekend Getaway

We were a group of six friends (3 couples) who came into Nashville from all over the country. We loved this place! It has a great living room area for games and music and the basement is so much fun!! The bedrooms handled all of our needs very well and the rooftop lounge is perfect to catch a sunset!

The house was awesome! Well decorated. Comfortable. We really appreciated the extras that were supplied, like hand soap, extra trash bags, some cleaning supplies (for spills, etc.). There was even a few coffee pods for the first morning! We wish the rooftop was larger, but appreciated that there was one....fabulous views at night!

The house was good. Easy access to downtown via Uber. Lots of stairs. plenty of room for group of 12.They do need to put new mattresses on the pullout couches. Need to have sheets stocked for the pullout couches. Otherwise great house especially for a large group.

Place was nice, plenty of space, the game room was a disappointment. Dart board didn’t work, air hockey table was warped and didn’t work well and the basketball hoop game, had a broken hoop. Couldn’t get the karaoke app to work. Rugs in the living room needs new tacky tape to hold it done.

Shots fired!

This property is worn out! the walls look like 10 football teams have had practice in this house! Filthy, worn out, broken furniture. I had to ask for clean bedding the first night because the ones on the bed were full of hair and comforter full of stains! They did deliver the bedding. Kitchen was filthy, cabinet doors falling off. The porch lights are burned out, numerous lights in the house are burned out as well. I've saved to best part for last...The last night we were there, shots rang out several times, literally next to the property! Police were there looking for the assailants. We were terrified. Always people walking the street at all hours of the night as well. Not a nice area and management of property is awful. Very, Very dissappointed in this stay. I have numerous pictures to back this all up.

Pros: *Game room was perfect*House nicely decorated *Rooftop area was amazing (great for viewing July 4th fireworks)*Each bedroom had a bathroom plus 2 additional full baths*Playlist was quick to respond to issues (lock on garage door was non functioning)*Close to downtown... not walking distance but a short drive. Cons*Many, many stairs*Kitchen lacked common items (dishrags, hand towels, measuring cups, mixer); I realize many people don't cook while in Nashville but we did 1-2 times)*Location: we didn't have any issues but being outside at night made me uncomfortable *Cleaniness was adequate; there were several areas that could have been cleaner (rugs, floors)Overall it was a great stay, and I would book this house again.

husbands fortieth birthday bash

The proximity to downtown was perfect, however, the surroundings were less than ideal. You could tell the area was going through a revitalization phase but would take a little while longer before it was finished. The house was exactly like the photos and was everything we hoped it would be. It was perfect for several couples to enjoy the house without feeling crowded. Overall, the house was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
