I absolutely loved my stay! Im usually very critical about any hotel I stay at, but I can say that Hyatt House really pleased me. The hotel room was clean and the staff answered my questions with professionalism and patience. The free breakfast was very good and the food was hot. I will be back there for my future travels.

The hotel was beautiful, this was our first visit, our room was extremely clean. The bed was heaven to sleep on. It's convenient to the hospital, Centennial. We will certainly stay there again.

Non-functioning door lock on my room

The card given to me to open the door to my room ceased working. This was really problematic since I was scheduled to give a talk at the Loews Hotel at Vanderbilt and the computer that had my presentation on it was locked in my room. It took more than one hour for someone to finally get my door open. By the time I finally got into my room, I had only ten minutes to get to the Loews to give my presentation. The problem apparently was the batteries in the door lock.

Parking fee inaccurately told to me

The desk clerk couldn’t reserve me a room with AAA and told me I had to go online and do that. Asked if I wanted parking structure parking. I asked how much, she said $8 so I accepted. Got my bill and it said $38. That’s a huge difference.

I stayed here 3 nights and had one of the best experiences. All the staff were nice and helpful. They offer breakfast, there were many options from yogurt bowls, classic American breakfast, soup, and a variety of different drinks. They have a gym, conference room, indoor bar, food mart. Plus dollar general is a 2 min walk aways from the hotel (they close at 10pm)
