Our heat wasn’t working which we discovered during the night. We don’t want people in our room in the middle of the night so we waited until morning to report to the front desk. They seemed unconcerned. Couldn’t even shower it was so cold and the bathroom floor was sticky with something as well. I later emailed my concerns and they accused me of tampering with the heat. There could be no tampering as the screen was blank and there was no turning on or off. Very disappointing as the Hyatt we stayed at earlier in the week was amazing.

They made me feel like a 2nd rate citizen because I booked through hotels.,com. The room was decent and clean. A little worn. The heat went out the 1st night and they did accommodate to move us. However be sure not to ask to check in early. Huge fee to check in early and the front desk has to control your heat. Never stay there or with any Hyatt properties ever again.
