Do not bother coming here. They barely don’t even pick up the phone. The area is very sketchy, I tried to receive a refund for a room because we had to leave early due and he couldn’t even give me half of a refund and we didn’t even stay all night. The hotel rooms needed to be updated badly. I felt like the bathroom had chipped paint, needed to be updated and cleaned more, the bedding/sheets didn’t feel right. I was itching from it and I didn’t even get to properly lay down. Wouldn’t be a hotel I would stay at ever again. The environment isn’t the greatest when you walk out your hotel room you’re basically outside and the area isn’t safe at all.

Breakfast variety was good. It did not open until 7:00 and that was later than is best for my schedule and no coffee available before 7:00. There was a $10.00 parking fee that was not indicated on the Expedia site. I would have selected another property if I had known that fee was part of this property stay.

It was close to where I needed to go and was easy to get to. The room was clean which was great. The tv was grainy but I wasn’t in Nashville to watch tv. I was surprised that they charge you $10 a night for parking. I’m not sure whether it wasn’t listed or I missed that part when booking.

The pictures online are very misleading. We arrived and immediately noticed the hotel was not up to par with the online pics. We decided that it wasn’t that big of a deal since we really just needed a place to sleep and shower. I checked us in and we drove around to the back. First thing we were met with was a screaming match going on in the parking lot between 4 people. We got into the room and could still hear the yelling. We walked out to start getting our things from the car and a guy was looking in our car window. My granddaughter was on crutches and had stayed in the room. We walked back into the room and she asked what the little bugs were on the sheets. We immediately checked the other bed to find the same thing. We loaded our stuff up and checked out. We were charged for one night and honestly that was worth it to me for the safety and well being of my granddaughters. If I could give this hotel negative ratings I definitely would. From the incident in the parking lot to people hovering around our vehicle, I honestly felt it was unsafe to keep my two teenage granddaughters there.

The guy at the front desk was very rude. The pool does not work. And you have to pay to park at the hotel even if you have a room there. My sheets were dirty and stained and the hotel looked like it was falling apart along with the cameras not plugged in so safety wad out of question.

Service is terrible, we stayed 7 nights and if we don’t ask to clean no one will show up and the following days , she did show up but just change the toilet paper and towels, besides that the bed never change the sheets and even we ask the person not even motivated to give us that what we need no smile, then on the 5th day we try to call and totally no one showed up to clean the garbage can and we need to throw our own garbage, the sheet just she did once for 7 nights we stayed, pool not open gym not all the machine works just 2 as of 5 machines, and the person on the breakfast service don’t even know how to smile. Need more updates the service.
