In town for a wedding. Pet-friendly property was perfect for our use; four private, separate well-appointed and well-furnished indoor areas, back patio, small fenced yard, garage. Firm bedding, great master shower. Ten driving minutes to groceries/Costco, twenty to Broadway, twenty-five to the airport. Extremely friendly walkable, young neighborhood with many delicious coffee, beer, and food options within easy walking distance. Kim, our host, was extremely accessible and helpful. We will stay nowhere else for any future Nashville visits.

This home is comfortable, spacious, updated, clean and safe, with all the modern amenities. We've stayed here before and will continue to do so on our future visits to Nashville. The property is in a great location, has awesome restaurants nearby, and is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Do no have any apprehension booking this property. Home Away From Home

This house was perfect in every way. We were there for my daughter’s wedding and it provided a place for our family from out of town to stay comfortably. It was spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed so that we could cook and eat together. I enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone thinking about staying in the Nations area. We were 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the airport.

Lovely home!

Four of us women stayed here for a Nashville getaway. It is a lovely home and worked perfectly for our trip. The property is well-appointed, and had everything we needed. It is convenient to downtown Nashville, and we felt safe in the area where it's located. In addition, the owner provided good communication. I would love to stay here again.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY & HOME!!!

We had an amazing stay at this home! It was clean, spacious, fun and perfectly located! The Nations is a really fun and hip area and only a 10-12 minute ride to Broadway! Kim is great to work with and very helpful with ideas! She always responded right away and is truly a gem! This place is most definitely an 11/10! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay in Nashville

We came to Nashville for my daughter's swim meet. The house location was great as it was only 10 minutes from the pool and a few more minutes to the sites and sounds of Broadway. The Nations neighborhood is a great spot as it has many different restaurants in close proximity so it was fun to try them. The house was just as described. It was nice having a 2 car garage in the back as well. Plenty of kitchen supplies which made it nice to cook there when we needed to. We had a few questions during our visit and Kim was very fast to get back to us. Great service. The beds were comfy but could definitely use an upgrade on sheets as they were not breathable. All in all this is a great rental and close to everything you might want to check out. Would definitely go back.

Just Perfect

Reserving the property was easy on the vrbo website. The owner was informative and prompt in response to questions. The property was accurately advertised. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, located in a safe neighborhood. and within a few minutes of some excellent restaurants. The property was just perfect for our stay and we will definitely consider reserving on our next visit to Nashville!

The house is beautiful; clean spacious and has so many special touches that it truly feels like a home away from home. My family travelled over this Christmas which involved multiple delays coming from different cities and multiple questions. We had a great stay here with friends while visiting Nashville. It had plenty of space for two couples and four children, and had many thoughtful touches to make for a comfortable stay. This house is absolutely fabulous! Property is immaculate. My family and I loved everything from the decor, the Christmas decor, the vibe, coziness and comfort. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Great neighborhood, super quiet. Very Pleasant Stay in the Nations

The host was great to work with and the house worked very well for our family of five. The kitchen was well appointed and it was quite nice to have coffee at our disposal. We also appreciated the hairdryers in the bathroom and soap and shampoo.

Everything from booking to check in was smooth. There were 4 couples staying here ,the place had plenty of room for us and was very clean. Only downside was the Uber to downtown were ridiculously high. So one person became our DD. That is not on the host. We would definitely rent this place again if available on our next trip.

Perfect home away from home

We came to Nashville so that my daughter and her friend could attend a Summer Intensive at Nashville Ballet. The neighborhood is super friendly with many shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed exploring the city and coming back to the house at the end of the day. Kim, the homeowner was very prompt with answering any questions I had. She made great recommendations when asked where my husband and I could go for my birthday dinner. If we find ourselves in Nashville again this would be the first place I’d want to stay.
