La Quinta Inn Lebanon It’s time to replace the carpets, especially in the hallways — they’re quite stained. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and most of the staff is very kind, except for the lady who helps with breakfast, who always seemed to be in a bad mood (we stayed several days). The rooms could also use a fresher scent, as some guests bring pets. Overall, the staff is helpful and the hotel is comfortable La Quinta Inn Lebanon Es tiempo de cambiar las alfombras, especialmente en los pasillos, ya que están muy manchadas. Las camas son confortables, el aire acondicionado funciona bien y el personal es muy amable, excepto la señora que atiende en el desayuno, quien parece estar siempre de mal humor (estuvimos ahí varios días). También sería bueno mejorar el aroma en las habitaciones, ya que algunos huéspedes llevan mascotas. En general, el personal es amable

Stayed 3 nights on the second night. I woke up itching. Went to the bathroom to shower I had 2 huge swollen areas on my arm. As the day went on I noticed I had a swollen area on my jaw. I instantly went and tried to read every review that was bad. It seems as if this bed bug issue has been a problem for a few months now. My arm is so swollen these had to had been adult bugs. Hurts to scratch. So I reported the issue to the front desk the lady was nice however when I said I had been bitten she said she had several people whom had been bit by mosquitoes. Then she proceeded to give me options 1. Have the maintenance man come and "check" it out or I could move to another room. Of course I moved but the following night I didn't get any sleep. I kept waking up thinking bugs were on me. It's a nice hotel, great rate...But the bed bugs are indeed present. I don't know who needs to hear this but, The maintenance man is NOT pest control, and that's why this hotel still has bed bugs!

Staff was friendly and great! Room was clean but bathroom was somewhat outdated and in poor repair. Not sure but some things seemed updated, not sure if they are in the midst of updating or what. Would use again though, given the affordability!

Breakfast was in line with other continental breakfasts I’ve experienced. The room condition leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty floors and shower. Hotel is very dated and has a lot of sloppy patchwork repairs, and many more needed. The sheets had some white powder on them that was all over my face, ears, and head when I woke up. But it was cheap and available.

When we were walking on , we saw a roach crawling on the wall and you could hear the noise from the interstate from our room. Not very clean yet the hall and room smelled like disinfectant.

Not a nice place to stay

Just a raunchy, unkempt hotel, like most chain hotels are these days. The furniture is all beat up, including the cabinets. The tub is old and has cracks in it, plus the door has a gapping hole in it. Not a nice place at all.
