My only complaint about this trip is that parking was scarce and very difficult to navigate. The property itself was nice and the staff was exceedingly friendly, but property has no parking of its own and all of the parking in the surrounding areas is exorbitantly expensive. My suggestion is that the hotel could validate parking or something

The location is terrific, neighborhood and location amazing. But our unit was directly on a very busy interstate that was also the location of a VERY loud overnight construction job which made sleeping virtually impossible. To make it even more challenging, the 2 bedroom units had large east facing windows...with extremely ineffective "black out shades" had to be 120 in there. Really disappointed in unit 530. It was clearly not a "city facing room"....that being said....apparently this group owns all the units on the 5th floor. So there appear to be several rooms this may not apply to. But i got to walj to arnolds....so...theres that....

The rooftop terrace with seating areas, view, pool and hot tub were easy to access and made the stay worthwhile. The apartment was well laid out and spacious enough for 1 or 2, but sparsely supplied. The floors and couch pillows were not clean, and the bedroom needs black out blinds. With nice touches this would be a perfect place to stay.

I did not receive the code to the building or our room in the hour before check-in as promised. I had to reach out to Mint to get the instructions and then they were provided in a timely manner. Our door did not lock and I felt vulnerable during our stay and did not go exploring like I had intended. I reached out to Mint and they sent a maintenance person to fix it. They stopped by and said that they would need to change the lock. They never returned to change it. I would not stay there again, unfortunately. On the bright side: the pool and hot tub were great and the apartment was spacious. Would have rated it higher if they could have either: fixed the lock or changed our room.

The property was excellent and in a really great location however we were left in limbo on arrival as we we not sent the door codes to gain access to the apartment on time. We only gained access approx 6 hrs later after numerous autochatbots online, emails and calls (one of which was on hold for nearly an hour at international rates!) It was n9ot a good start to our break!

The building and unit were quiet, with multiple dining options within walking distance—quick drive/rideshare to downtown and other attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable. The unit had a full-size washer/dryer, which was a nice convenience.

We arrived at the Locale the Gulch ( now the Mint House Nashville) on July 25th, 2025. The first issue we ran into was the entrance to the building, which is through the garage for some reason. As we walked up to the door, the smell of garbage and urine made a terrible first impression and made the space feel neglected and unsanitary. There were strange stains throughout the garage and I can only assume some of it was from people letting their dogs relieve themselves right outside the entrance door (see photo with blue wall). Once we did get into our suite, I Immediately noticed the dirty condition of the floors in the small kitchen area. Absolutely filthy, I took a paper towel, wiped a small corner and it came up black with dirt and bits of food - Clearly no one bothered to clean properly before our arrival. It was disgusting and unacceptable, we considered leaving and staying elsewhere but it was late and we were tired. If basic hygiene was not being taken care of, it makes me wonder what else was being neglected. The walls in the kitchen were also dirty and had not been cleaned in a while, and the carpet in the walk in closet had all sorts of random stains. Then there was also the black mold in the shower. After a text or two to the management team, they did send someone back the next day to do a better clean the next day. Pool is fantastic and the location is great.

There was large chunks of black mold in the shower and clumps of hair left. The location is also very noisy along a very busy highway. Sleep was hard even with ear plugs and a sound machine. The pool was great and location good for walking.
