Multiple safety issues and lack of cleanliness. I informed the owner, prompt on reply, promised a refund…never happened. Worst vrbo experience ever.

Good value property

Owner/manager was available for communication, and responded in a timely manner to all questions. Property was VERY spacious and well worth the money. Location was somewhat central to Nashville. The property is not a walking distance property but we had no problems getting an Uber and almost everything was within 10 minutes ride. Will stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Highly recommend.

Cleaning Fee??

It was an overall great time only thing is we are paying to the cleaning fees already & we had to take out the garbage & start the washer. We basically did 1/4 of the cleaners job. Was not too happy about tjat.

Although The Property Is Somewhat Nice. A LOT WAS WRONG, Upon Entry None Of The Bathrooms Were Clean, Both Sets Of Steps Were Severely Damaged, None Of The Game Boxes Had Games, No Batteries In The Remotes, The Furniture Was Out Of Place, There Were Ashes In A Flower Pot That Had Been There For A While Because They Had Spider Webs, The Kitchen Sink Did NOT Drain, There Were Cigarette Butts In The Cabana Along With Old Cartons. The Cleanliness Of The Unit Was Not Up To Par. Upon Departure I Gathered All The Trash And Dirty Laundry Just For The Listers To Try To Charge My Card For 5 Different Amounts. The Listers Communication Was Also Terrible. We Couldn’t Use The WiFi Because The Owner Didn’t Respond Til Halfway Through Our Stay. All In All Do A Walk Through Of Any Of Their Units Before Staying Because They WILL Try To Charge You For Their Lack Of Cleaning And Damage That Was Already Done. They Also Accuse People Of Stealing. Just Beware

Good property but needs some love

Location great. Ammenities very good. One of the beds is in terrible shape. Had issues with connecting to tv. Had no remote. Overall everyone had a great time. Loved the game room just wished we could have opened the garage qhile using the game room. The owner worked with me. Had difficulties with the payment process and helped me theough it.

Weekend birthday getaway

Location of this place was nice, and the unit had plenty of rooms/beds for our group. The place needed some upkeep as 1 of the bunk bed frames was broken, the tarp on the rooftop cover was tattered and blowing all over the place. There were no wine glasses in the unit at all and only a few mismatched drinking glasses. The most disappointing thing about our stay was the poor communication with the host. Of the 3 bathrooms, 1 had no toilet paper and another had a partial roll that was wet and looked like it had fell into some pink liquid and then was put back on the toilet paper holder. We notified the manager who said they would send some new TP the same day, sent us a photo of what was going to be sent, but nothing arrived. The unit has potential, but cleanliness and communication with the host was disappointing.

Nothing luxurious about the place. They have Roku tvs and all remotes were missing (had to download the app to use the remote feature), game room is almost useless. Basketball hoop is practically falling off the wall, arcade machine doesn’t work, karaoke machine missing power cord, foosball table leg is loose, and oool sticks broken (later found a new bag of sticks). It rained during our stay so the rooftop wasn’t used much. The cover to the gazebo was damaged and flapping in the wind so no protection from the rain.

Nice but…..

Overall was good. The home has potential and can be made better. We were disappointed with some of the parts, like the games room that was all promise but the games were broken and not working. Cleaning was not done properly and parts were not good at all. Neighbors were quite noisy for a few nights. Cutlery needs to be updated and expanded.

I was truly excited to reserve this place for our work week. Unfortunately there's was multiple issues too many to list management went missing with no returned communication . Arcade doesn't work garage locked so cant open it and go out and smoke roof top no smoking so you have to stand out front as if your homeless i could go on first review I've had to give that was negative I've stayed in Nashville every week for a yr

Just what we needed

This was a great property in great location. This is just what we needed. The accommodations were great and close to all of our activities. The owner was a great host and was in constant communication with details on move in. I would definitely recommend this to others as a place to stay when coming to Nashville.

Overall I rated it 3 star and that may be pushing it… almost every single bed comforter in the house was dirty and nasty. There was pop like nastiness in the ice tray, the keurig was nasty with mold all over it, we were left with next to nearly no dish soap, there was a missing fan/light remote. The arcade game in the garage didn’t work and appeared to be broken and we found a condom box downstairs in the dresser of the kids room. I took pictures of everything and sent it to the property manager and got told 2 days later (the morning we were leaving) that they could send someone over to clean. I responded with yeah they can come clean when we leave after checkout. For cleanliness of the property I would rate it a 1. However we did like the property it was cute and the location wasn’t terrible, not the best views but it was a quiet area. Overall 3 star.

Nothing worked and No response!

The condo is nice and in a changing area. It had lots of room for our family but the host did not prepare for our visit. First off, the A/C did not work. It only blew air to the upstairs so the middle floor and lower floor were very hot. We had to use the fans and they were so dirty that dust was flying off onto us. There was no toilet paper so we had to purchase it. There were few towels. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. The propane tank was missing from the grill so we couldn’t use it. Most of the items in the game room did not work either. The ice maker was filled with brown goo so it was unusable. I contacted the host immediately by phone and email. I didn’t hear back from him until after we returned home. Once I told him all the issues, he never responded back. We could have lived with the other issues, but A/C not working in July is a no-go! And the lack of care by the host is inexcusable!

Has potential but disappointing. Poorly maintained.

The property was labeled as a luxury condo but the name has now been changed to Talbots corner. Overall our stay was not relaxing and interrupted continually by the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance. I reached out to the manager with concern who said it was the “cleaners” decision on whether to issue any sort of refund. We never received any sort of a refund or compensation for the disruption of our stay. Unfortunately the owner/manager did not demonstrate concern, professionalism, attentiveness or dedication to improving the guest experience. This property has the potential to be excellent, although the view from the rooftop is an industrial construction park and the neighborhood is not luxury. The property was filthy when we arrived with wet towels that resembled rags not bath towels folded and put away. The kitchen did not have even basic cooking pots and pans. There was no propane in the grill so we were unable to use it to cook with. There were too many maintenance issues to make our stay enjoyable such as broken shower heads, leaking plumbing, broken furniture, broken bunkbeds, dirty bedsheets and most of the games in the game room were missing pieces or broken. We had to do 3 loads of laundry just to shower and then had to change dinner plans as we could not grill out and there were not enough pans to bake with. We tried to make use of the game room the best we could which had great potential if the games had been maintained well. Improvement is needed.

Lots of room

We stayed a couple nights with some of our extended family. It was a nice big place with plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay there again, it is a good value for so many people to be able to stay. Also, it’s really close to lots of cool places in Nashville. We really enjoyed the pizza in Five Points, only a few minutes drive away.

Mid Winter Vacation

We had a week off in February and decided to come to Nashville! I brought my three kids (17, 15 and 9) and 3 of their friends (18, 16, and 16)! We had plenty of room and the townhouse was perfect for our group. We could have accommodated more, but it was a great home base. We went all over the city to do historical tours at a variety of places, to Broadway, to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall, etc. and the location was PERFECT! We got everywhere quickly from the townhouse! The kids loved playing poker every night and relaxing and watching TV. We had plenty of space and truly enjoyed our stay!

Easy to locate, parking was easy for us as we were there on a Sunday! There are two flights of stairs which are brutal if you have kids and a bunch of stuff but other than that it was perfect. We don’t leave the house as we just stopped for the night to be able to watch the Super Bowl so not sure what is around there for food or fun but it would be a great place for a family or 2!
