The front desk staff is curt, and not very helpful. The housekeeping staff did not clean our room when requested. And when they did clean the room, they didn’t make the bed or clean the bathroom they only took away and replaced towels, and took away the trash.

This place is in such a nice pocketnof Nashville. You feel like youre tucked away but still so close to all the things you'll want to do. Great neighborhood bars and restaurants and just a short scooter ride to downtown. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely book again.

We didn't realize location was so far from attractions. This property was so strange, like a condo or apartment project converted to a hotel. Our one bedroom in our suite had no windows, it was a large closet. We checked out after one night to get closer to Broadway downtown

The location was great. Just 1.5 miles from downtown. An easy walk or inexpensive ride share with Lyft. The room was just as described on the website. It afforded you the ability to prepare your own meal(s) if you choice to do so. The added surprise was the washer & dryer. The staff were professional & welcoming. I highly recommend.

Everything was PERFECT. No complaints on anything. The only thing is that the location is a bit far from Broadway, but when ordering Lyft/Uber we ordered from near streets when central and it was very cheap between 5-15 depends on the hour. The room was a mini apartment, the size was perfect! We loved it. We took the Standard suite, 1 bedroom The design is beautiful, and there’s coffee machine in the room and also in the lobby for free. The staff were lovely and very helpful! Can’t recommend enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Motif on Nashville's Music Row. The room was spacious and well laid out. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was a really nice retreat when we had some down time. The hotel staff was very nice and professional and Saleema at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was a nice base for our trip to Nashville, away from all the lights and sounds of Broadway but very walkable when it's time to get in on the action. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice, new, and clean! "Music Row" is a little deceiving, because it means you are surrounded by music studios and museums. When i booked, i thought it would be close to "Honky tonk row", but it is not. All good!
