It took almost an hour to get into room. The code worked to get into the building but not the apartment itself. Luckily the building manager was on site and let us in to drop off luggage. The district manager was then able to give us a new code. Vacasa was not helpful. The customer service on the phone line was rude and did not give best feedback or advice to move forward. As mentioned, luckily the building manager was able to let us in. Our stay was nice. Room was cleaned and enough towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The unit was spacious and updated. Mattresses were soft as mentioned in many reviews. Highway noise was loud but not enough to be a bother. There were ear plugs available for anyone who needed.
