The place was very cute! We loved to sit in the hot tub at end of day after all the walking! The backyard is beautiful! It was quiet and relaxing! I would definitely stay here again!
Decent amenities, great location. No central HVAC but it was reasonable with a space heater / window unit. The shower could use some more pressure and the beds were okay. Owner has dogs, which were noisy upon arrival, but eventually settled. Driveway parking is avaliable but is not the most accessible unless you have a small car. Overall decent for a weekend place to sleep while exploring Nashville
The listing said they had a pool, but there was no pool on the property at all. I reached out to the owner and was told "We decided to not put it up this year. I took the pictures down." I took a screenshot of the listing to prove a pool was listed. The home is on a corner, so hard to see it from the road as well as hard to see traffic coming from either direction when leaving driveway due to this curve and foliage. Lawn was not mowed when we arrived, so hard for dogs to use the restroom and hard to get to swing and trampoline. Not worth the money
Planned a trip into town to see Matt Rife. He ended up canceling his show, but we decided to come down for the weekend anyway. The place was beautiful, but smelled musty. We were told it had rained a lot and the basement which is where the rooms are located took in some water the week prior. We had to dump the dehumidifier quite a few times throughout the weekend. The water pressure in the shower is barely existent, the sink in the same bathroom had more pressure than the shower. The shower is also very tiny and doesnât accommodate tall people. The hot tub was nice, as well as the outdoor seating area. We didnât venture much into the yard because the grass was high. It is a short drive to downtown Nashville roughly fifteen minutes, definitely not in walking distance.
The space was absolutely beautiful! The interior was cozy and comfortable as well as a quiet, relaxing space. The outside patio overlooking the backyard was amazing, and I would have loved to have more time to spend there. Would definitely stay here again!
We needed a cheaper place to stay to attend a concert. This fit the bill. It is very small. I donât. Feel like the listing truly didnât cover how small. There isnât an actual sitting space that is outside of the king size bedroom and it only has a curtain to close it off from the rest of the house. The other room did offer some privacy (and a comfy bed) but in the middle of the night the door knob came off and I had to figure out a way to get the door open with a comb. The bathroom is nice but small. The shower pressure and size werenât great. If you are tall you may have problems, but the shower head is a wand that you can take off. Also, we never did find a thermostat to control the air, the second bedroom got hot during the night when it was closed. The king size room did have a window unit to keep it cool, there were fans to help in the other room.
Overall this place served its purpose for us. It was cramped but cheap and was very clean. It was like staying in a nicely decorated college kid apartment. The listing did state the pool was open May 1- October 1 but during my stay in late May the pool was closed and also the âlushâ backyard was knee high and a path mowed to the trampoline. It was raining a lot of our time there so we didnât get to sit in the patio area but it was nice and the hot tub was also very nice.
Looked at the property online and was sure to share with everyone who went to make sure we all liked what we saw. We were all excited. Get there the pool was in a very strange not easy to get to and not cleaned up. Hot tub was not in good shape and jets barely worked. Beds were very uncomfortable. Window unit in bedroom that was bedroom and living room. So that room would be comfortable but the other bedroom was a little more on the warmer side. Feel like pictures made it inviting but disappointing !
Place was located near a lot of restaurants which had plenty of Vegan options for my Wife. No complaints, place.was as listed, hot tub was a bonus. Even though the unit is attached to the home it had a separate entry, we never saw anyone else. Peaceful area, I also liked sitting outside in the morning and getting a little work done. Thank you
The neighborhood is in what is clearly a changing neighborhood with a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment itself was perfect for four adults, private, and well-appointed in terms of having everything we needed for four nights. We used the hot tub every day and it was fantastic.
This was our first time to Nashville and what a perfect spot to stay! The hot tub was an awesome end to a long day of taking in the sights! Beautiful backyard retreat right in town! Would definitely recommend!!
We had a great time staying here! Especially soaking in the hot tub after our Spartan race. Our host was friendly and communicative whenever we had questions.
Location wise the house is within a short drive to plenty of places to eat and drink and grocery stores, so you're never far from somewhere interesting!
If we had to find one tiny thing on our wish list, it would be to have some memory foam or more sleeping pillows as the ones in the room can be tough to get cozy on. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for an awesome weekend!
