Overall, I’m was very disappointed in this rental. It feels like a party house. The pictures online make it look like an elegant rental. We’re a group of ladies here for my birthday trip that we take every year and we were very disappointed in the dirty walls, splatters of dirt and who knows what all over the stairs, walls, surfaces. If the things we can see are this dirty, I don’t want to begin to think about the things we can’t see. One of the bathrooms had blood smeared on the door. I feel like this property is great for a group of 20 something’s that just want to party, but it should be advertised as such. The living room couch was broken, coffee cups were broken not leaving enough to use, no hand soap in some bathrooms, no starter pack of shampoo and conditioner like was advertised. Lamps in the bedrooms were not plugged in, leaving us to have to move furniture away from the walls to plug things in. The ice maker or water didn't work in the kitchen. Floor tiles were missing, leaving chunks out of the flooring. The propane tanks for the grill and firepit were either empty or barely had any in them. While we did let the host know immediately, nothing was fixed. Trash cans, some shampoo and conditioner and some replacement coffee cups were delivered at 7pm the night before we left. However, none of the other issues were addressed. I did ask for a refund and while we did get some back from the host, it didn't make up for all the things lacking while we were there.

The VRBO was fine. It was in a good location, easy to get to everything. I didn't rate this as excellent because of a few things. Bathrooms could use a bath mat for when you step out of the showers. There was no pizza pan to cook pizzas. The pillows definitely needed an update, plus could use a couple extras for people who need two to sleep. Overall, it was fine. Could use a paint refresh throughout, but otherwise it worked for our needs.Thank you.

The rental was in a great location for our stay. Close to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Downtown/Broadway. Plenty of room for our family. Great rooftop deck with unobstructed views of the city. Host was quick to respond if needed. Safe and quiet area made us feel comfortable coming and going. Would definitely recommend!

Great place and location. There was damage before we arrived and stuff in the walls but overall it was clean. The communication was great and they accommodated a late check out request last minute.

Frat house vibes

This townhouse is well located and that is the most positive thing I can say about it. Dozens of cosmetic issues give it more of a frat house vibe than you would expect from such a nice outside looking unit. If any other units nearby are available, do yourself a favor and book another similar unit. The king bed in the master had significant creeking and the box spring was broken making it impossible to sleep and the main bedroom unuseable. After 3 days of complaining the property management provided a new half box spring but the half still made loud noise and was very annoying. Also the washing machine didn't work and no one came to fix it during the 4 day stay. The coffee machine didn't work, the sofa is really run down, barely enough chairs to fit people and half of them are cheap folding chairs. Kitchen supplies and cookware very below average. Generally the entire place is super run down and banged up, floors, drywall, trim etc. About a dozen lightbulbs were out, I found some I could replace but couldn't get the ceiling lights or the hood lights. Beware there is no dining table, only 5 barstools. The manager is aware of all the issues but don't expect any sympathy.

7 of us stayed for a 3 night bachelor party. Short distance to the gulch center and broadway. House was as described and clean. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a bachelor party. Location was great — very close to grocery options and most of the outings we had planned. There was noise from the nearby units, which were also vacation rental properties, so this might not be the best location for family trips. As a home base for our group, definitely services it’s purpose. Many beds, generally clean property, easy to check in and check out.

Good for students/party goers, not so for a family

Check in was fine, but as we walked in, we discovered a broken chair (missing leg) in the living room which made it unusable, missing arm rail on the stair well, old bottles with cigarette butts on the balcony, missing sections in the laminate flooring which we thought was dangerous to our toddler, kitchen cabinets were splattered with something on them, dryer was jam packed full off sheets, sofa bed/couch was very worn and dirty, main bedroom bed was VERY noisy when getting in and mattress was worn as well. The combination lock to the garage door was completely missing a deadbolt, so couldn't lock. Actual description of property and photos was not really accurate, showing beds and furniture that wasn't actually there. I think it would be very nice for younger people enjoying the nightlife in Nashville, especially with the rooftop sitting area which has some good views, however, for a family with elder grand parents it was not ideal.

Beautiful Townhouse Near City's Center

The home was clean and well stocked. We had the basic amenities and they were enough for our week long stay. Location felt safe and convenient to dining and attractions.

Great place - Great location

We had a great time in Nashville and would stay here again. The location was a five minute Uber drive from any place we wanted to see. Allen was a great host and very responsive to all of our questions. We couldn’t get the lights on the rooftop patio to work the first night and they had them fixed the next day. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen had most things you would need. The place was very clean and the views from the rooftop patio were awesome.
