    Location is perfect! Easy to walk to Broadway and also easy getting an Uber! Loved how this area was quiet. My youngest son’s 21st birthday so it was perfect for my kids and I to be in one place!     Wonderful location for exploring all of Nashville! Free covered parking, pleasant walk to downtown along the riverfront, or an inexpensive ride share. Host is very responsive, excellent communication, property is well maintained & stocked, deck has a nice view of the Cumberland river & city skyline. Great place to plan your day with morning coffee, and come back to after exploring & unwind. Many good suggestions in the guest book, you can easily plan several days worth of activities. Living area is cozy, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a pull-out sleeper. Plenty of USB charge locations for all the phones and gadgets, secure WiFi is provided.
