Place had a great vibe. If you don’t like to be in a fish bowl with people who are going to the speakeasy looking in at you while they are walking by then this place probably isn’t for you, no curtains to get privacy on the garage door or rental entrance all glass. Listing is correct the train is very close something to consider.

Great Condo!

Fun vibe, great location!

We stayed here with 3 kids (8, 13, 17) and had plenty of space. They loved seeing the trains go by (which thankfully did not pass at night while we were there). The gym had enough for my husband and I to get our workouts done. It was too chilly for the pool but the bar/pool area was nice. It was a quick Uber to most anywhere. I was happy to have the washer/dryer also. I only wouldn’t recommend this place if you prefer secluded privacy or have toddlers. The glass garage door wall (clearly shown in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise) is cool with a great view, but a little odd at night when people would walk by or park (which didn’t happen often). The owner/manager was pleasant and quickly responded to any messages.

Great Location

We had a really great stay. We had read the reviews about hearing the upstairs tenants and knew that was a possible issue so we were expecting it and they did not disappoint. LOL. You can hear pretty much everything that goes on above you. It didn’t bother us too much though. Really charming rental, comfortable beds nicely decorated. We would likely rent again. Loved the location.

Nashville bachelor party

This place was fantastic for visiting Nashville with the guys before sending one to get married. Short Uber rides to town. The pool area made for a really cool area to meet new friends and relax and pass the time when not downtown. 5 stars in every category, will book again!!!

Nashville Bucket

Great location to downtown and surrounding areas. Short Uber rides everywhere. The private entrance was very welcoming. Very unique accommodation which we will recommend to friends and family. Hosts extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We had such a lovely time at the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, the host was lovely and accommodating. Great location, a short drive or scooter to the gulch and broadway. The pool was the cherry on top!

Bachelor Party

Location only a short drive to broadway. Lots of other rental units so we got to meet lots of others. The unit was a incredible. It was tucked away in the back so it was quiet and nice and private. Easy access to the pool. Walking distance to gas station, a few fast food restaurants and a Starbucks. The host was extremely communicative and had very detailed check in instructions, which we appreciated. If I’m ever back in Nashville this is the first location I’ll be looking to book.

Nice place, poor management

The loft is very nice. If you have problems with heavily scented cleaning products or dust, I would avoid this place. Property manager was notified of scent problems as I had explained previously that this was a problem for me due to allergies. She said I was being rude and that my request was ridiculous. No question as to how she could help. She said we had entered early without permission (cleaning crew was just finishing when we arrived to drop off bags and told us to come in) and that was the problem. Terrible customer service. No toilet paper, quite a bit of dust and a cockroach - I’d go elsewhere.

Great space!

Definitely a “Premier Host”, and the condo is great! We loved the space, as well as the fact it seemed centrally located for us. At least one review suggested taking an Uber/Lyft when going out, especially to Broadway, and that was both affordable and helpful. We didn’t check out the pool or gym area, but the condo checked all of the boxes for us. It was clean and comfortable, and the host is really responsive and easy to work with!
