Best place to stay!

I loved my time here!! I was by myself on a mini vacation and felt very safe. I asked for a room on the ground floor so I could park In front of door and that’s what they gave me! It was quiet at night too. The location had great places to eat within walking distance so that was a plus also. Opryland Hotel is just across the road with Opry Mills on the other side of it. Took about 2 minutes to drive there. They also offered a shuttle to downtown Nashville which I wanted to do but my knee wasn’t having it so I lounged at the pool instead, which was also clean and quiet. The round trip for the shuttle is only $15 so well worth the price when you don’t know where you’re going! Bed was comfortable as were the pillows, nice shower with great pressure. Mini frig to keep my sodas cold and microwave too. So all I can say is I’ll be coming back soon, this is the only place I’ll stay, affordable comfortable and the people up front are great and friendly. Thank You for making my vacation a memorable one!!!

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was lacking. I had to tell them they were out of milk first day. No one really watched if anything needed restocked. No sugar free syrup for waffles. Only 2 choices for cereal.

Great place to stay in the Opryland area. Walking distance to great honky tonks with awesome food and bands. And - got to look at a General Lee car from our walkway every time we returned to the room!

Exhaust fan on wall could look into hallway on other side. 2nd day, maintenance working on fan that’s located in bathroom with no notice. When went to use bathroom saw the man through the vent. Told front desk, apology but no action. Scared to use bathroom after this, no offer to change our room. Later found bugs in the bed, left at 1030pm and check out. Told front desk, no offer for resolution. Never in many years of travel experienced this. I can say will be a while before I do! Privacy in the bathroom is expected not an option, a bug free room is expected not a request.

Disappointed, doing work apparently saw a man’s working on the bathroom vent when I went in the bathroom! He could see in and I saw him. This was not a pleasant experience! Violation of privacy today the least. To top off the stay found bugs. Would not recommend.
