Wow! Perfect StaY!

There was not the slightest hitch. All went perfectly. The place was neat and tidy. Breakfast was fine. They could teach a course! We hope to say here again.

We reserved 6 rooms as we were a group traveling for work. A few of the rooms had musty mildew smells in them. One had a bathroom where the commode ran constantly. however the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I liked that I could control the air conditioning in my own room. For the price it was a decent room.

Great place but mgmt were annoying/money grubbers

The most important thing: Hotel is very nice, small building but really nice, clean and comfortable. Good location too. No complains here. The only thing I found annoying is that next day, 10:50 am the room phone rang, it was front desk telling us it was time for checking out. First time ever that someone calls to let me know that. Then we asked the front desk if we could check out a little bit later. They said we could, but it will cost us an additional $25 for 2 hrs. We got there about 11 pm the night before, so we stayed less than 12 hrs. at the hotel. We reluctantly agreed to pay, and they told us we'll have until 1 pm to leave. 12:50 pm and the front desk is already calling us to check if we're ready to leave. We did leave on time, but I found that annoying. The hotel is in a very small town, and it was mostly empty by the time we left.

I will definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were super clean and the whole building smelled good and clean. Lots of parking. The beds were super comfy also. Oh, and great water pressure in the shower.

Heck to the no.

Never even stayed there. Property had note to give notice if we would check in after 11. I called to try to notify them. The phone tree was only worried about new reservations. Finally got in touch with someone— not on site. He pretended his phone was breaking up. When I got frustrated, he told me that he was AI and couldn’t assist. Someone called me after I got hotels.com involved. She was on-site and the nicest person ever, but I was done by that point. Asked for a refund- wasn’t granted by hotels.com- even though my reservation came through to hotel as one room when I had confirmation that I booked two. I was done with this place for sure. I’m about done with hotels.com. It’s always something.

This hotel is located just west of downtown Lebanon and right off I40. The hotel is clean and well maintained both outside and inside. Very friendly staff! The only negative thing I can say about this hotel (and quite a few other brands as well) is that after Covid it seems like they couldn’t care less about offering a decent healthy breakfast.

Loved staying at the event hotel where the rooms surround the event. It was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant could use some improvement, but overall we were very happy.
