The carpet in the halls were stained and dirty. I extended my stay 4 times and only once did they get the extension right with my keys. Had personal trying to come into my room while I was still there thinking I was checked out. Had one guy come up to change my room door code that the rudest most obnoxious person I think I have ever met. There is no lobby or anyone to talk to if there is a problem, of which there are usually many. You have to call in and you are on hold for at least 45 minutes to an hour each time

Horrible hotel and experience.

Horrible experience. We stayed at the other Sonder last year and had a good experience. This Sonder is very poorly maintained. The hallway carpets are soiled and stained like a 1 star hotel. The elevator was broken so had to use the service elevator which was disgusting. The room was even worse. The couch had stains on it. The area was loud. Room wasn't clean. Blinds were broken. Furniture was worn and broken. This type of place looks like a 1 star hotel or a frat house. I can't believe how high this place is rated so I'm warning others. Customer service is terrible. They would not respond to our inquiries besides stating that they would send someone which they never did. Never bothered to contact us despite numerous calls and inquiries.

Place was nice and clean - hard to communicate on phone when calling sounder cause of their English - mattress and pillows very nice and comfortable - wish there was TV in bedroom - wish patio facing front main street but realize not possible in all rooms - didn't like housekeeper just walking in room at 6pm one night without even knocking - no she was not called for anything - but overall very good

This was a very conveniant location while having a Family member at Vanderbilt University Hospital.10 minute walk at most. The Apartment was very nice and well updated. Although we were unable to use the Pool it looked nice and inviting. I would definately stay again if in the area. Just be aware all check-in is done online and there is a learning curve. A Smart Phone is a must.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The only “challenge” wasn’t with the property itself or the check-in process — everything there was smooth. However, I believe Expedia should clarify that this is more like an Airbnb-style stay. There is no front desk or on-site customer service. Even though the property is managed by Marriott, it’s not a traditional hotel, which can be a bit misleading. I needed to make a change to my booking, and it was quite difficult to manage. Thankfully, I was eventually able to resolve it via text with the help of a customer service representative. Overall, I’m still giving a 5-star review because the stay itself was perfect — just keep in mind that it’s not a hotel experience.

Our unit was very nice, but there were challenges getting into our suite as door codes didn’t work and it took us a bit to figure out how to get help. The main elevator was out of order so also had to figure out how to get around the complex which has key code’s everywhere… overall would stay here again as I feel this was a temporary glitch… only yuk was the garbage and sticky mess on the parkade level at the elevator entrance we dared not step out… staff was great, it was clean and spacious and pool was very relaxing!

When we checked in the elevator was broken. There wasn’t a sign on the elevator in the parking garage so we had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs to another elevator that had a sign and directions to use the service elevator on the lower level in the parking garage. Down two flights of stairs. The bed was hard as a rock. My husband and I went to the gym and the pool wasn’t the cleanest. treadmill sounds like it needs service. The pool had debris in it.
