Room did not have all features listed on Expedia. No Netflix access and we reserved and paid for a room on a higher floor only to be “upgraded” from floor 1 to floor 6 upon check in. No information was provided about how to request room service and our coffee maker was missing a piece. Housekeeping walked in without knocking. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

This hotel is excellent the staff were very courteous and considerate the room and other facility very clean and fresh. There is also a transport that goes from the hotel to airport. Our time there was spectacular I am very proud to refer anyone to stay at this hotel the standard very high.

Nice big corner room

We got there about 230-3 in the morning a the girls there was finalizing the rooms. We was being considered a no call no show. They immediately checked us in anyway an told us to come back down there in the morning to finish it up. This place was really nice. My room was extremely big. Room 420. I king size bed but the room was huge. Bed was comfortable. They did have big bottles of water on top of the stand for 6.00. But other than that it was nice. The restaurant there was awful. I would definitely return an just door dash lol.

Hotel is beautiful. I enjoyed the restaurant for Happy Hour and Breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. The location was close enough to several major attractions. I will stay again when I'm in Nashville.

Everything was excellent, very nice and clean. The only thing i didnt like was $20 a night parking which was ridiculous, didnt state when i booked the room. I could see if the hotel was downtown and we had to pay for parking but it wasn't, last tome i will stay here.

Nice place. Cosmetic challenges, if you look around. For a resort, there should have been more to offer. Not sure if the resort fees, additional fees, and parking fees were necessary. Casino hotels would charge less and offer more.
