I thought the house was well worth it. The only knock I would say is the outside could use a little updating. The management was awesome. We needed towels and they were there within 10 minutes.
Safe and quiet neighborhood close off freeway and near grocery (Kroger) store. Easy to get to major sites via our SUV (parking on street âwas fineâ) and parking downtown and sites available and not terribly expensive considering alternatives (Lyft/etc) versus convenience of own vehicle.
This home is an older vintage home that has been beautifully remodeled. I personally love these types of homes. The neighborhood was very nice too. The walls had normal wear and tear such as scuff marks etc, but nothing that would interfere with the house. The wood floors were beautiful. Some of the furniture could be updated. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable but the other guest said those beds were a little stiff. The kitchen was upgraded, however the table and chairs could be updated. For some reason the house has two doors , but only one is used for the entrance,no big deal. Our only complaint is the street parking. Cars seem to zoom past buy at a high rate of speed... overall... would definitely stay here again. IT was so close to music row, downtown, broadway and the hop on hop tour bus stop wasn't too far!
Three couples, two with kids in school nearby. Great location for downtown, west end, 12 south. Property management were helpful, house was comfortable! All in all a great experience.
The house itself was clean, but needed some Love. The windows were filthy, sure they hadnât been cleaned in years - they had cobwebs and spiders in them. Window frames were rotted. The front door knob and a bedroom doorknob fell off. Our friend had tools in his car and we repaired the door knobs, The keypad had some issues-had to push some numbers either in the upper corner or lower corner to get it to work.
The house was well stocked and clean. Management was very responsive and kind.
We had a great time. The house was cute and fulfilled our needs just fine. The house was a bit old with some older appliances, but all and all it worked out well.
Cute little house in a nice neighborhood. House could use a Spring cleaning and definitely needs the windows washed. Maybe put a few chairs on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee.
The gals who take the reservations are very pleasant and helpful!!
Nashville is always a good time!!
We were there for 5 days. The beds were clean and the place was clean. However the front door is just glass with no privacy so it is a bit scary and little privacy. The windows were outdated. Overall clean and a good stay
We were in town to visit the capitol for the day. The location is easy to get to right off the interstate and was jut over ten minutes drive to the capitol building downtown. This house has all the charm of an older home and was just what we needed for an overnight stay for our family of eight.
This property was great for our family of three young girls. The house is cozy and the location is great. Close to lots of good restaurants and the grocery.
Girls trip to Nashville was a great success and this rental topped it off! Great location. I grew up in Nashville around the area but live in Texas. Took my Austin friends here and the convenience of this house was perfect. Close to Belmont shops and restaurants. Short Uber ride downtown to the bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
Great location. House came stocked with plenty of supplies from dishes, utensils, laundry, coffee, and bathroom items. Management was very responsive and available when needed.
We rented this house for a reunion of old college friends from Vanderbilt. Actually this rental is downstairs from the attic apartment that some of us had lived in in the late 80s. It's a great location and a comfortable, quiet house. The only complaint would be the mattress in one of the 3 bedrooms--a pretty uncomfortable, soft foam mattress. But maybe not everyone likes a firm mattress! Other than this, it's a great rental.
