Booked for my stay while I moved my daughter out of dorms. Very convenient (and only .02mi from my favorite breakfast place -Milk nâ honey!Queen bed may be limiting for some couples, but the place is clean, easy to access, & away from the chaos of Broadway.. Perfect for me! Would book again!
This property is outstanding. It looks exactly like the listing and is extremely clean. The location in the âGulchâ is very desirable. Many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I were only visiting Nashville for a few days before road-tripping to the Smokys, and this place was perfect! It is a 5 minute walk to downtown Nashville, but don't forget to check out this neighborhood! Organic groceries right across the street, great coffee spots, restaurants and dont forget the murals!
The Gulch is a great location away from the busy downtown/Broadway area that still has its own selection of good restaurants and shops. The unit is relatively well-maintained, although in need of better cleaning and upgrades, such as replacing stained rugs, lampshades, bath mat and bedding, especially pillows. The location makes this a four-star; the unit a three-star.
We enjoyed The Loft. The management is very nice to work with and they allowed us to check out at 11a.m. when we requested at booking. Even though the loft is open concept, it had distinct areas for the kitchen, dining table, living area and bedroom. It is a comfortable and clean space as seen in the photos. The bathroom has an extra area with a high quality washer and dryer. We found this helpful since we were traveling around. The neighborhood is nice. There is a natural foods grocery store called, The Turnip Truck very close by. We ate at Biscuit Love which is also close by. We also dined at a great restaurant called, Adele's, which is a short walk from the Loft. Be sure to make a reservation if you go. We walked to the Honky-Tonk area on Broadway and it was an easy walk since we enjoy walking. We used Uber to get to and from the airport and it was a short distance.
The blinds were a little hard to open because the windows are so big and some didn't work properly, but it was fine. We opened the slats during the day to let light in. I would recommend The Loft to anyone who wants a nice place in The Gulch, it feels quiet compared to the busier areas which we prefer.
