I would say that staff need to get their stories straight. There was a lovely woman at the front desk who was super helpful and insightful. There were 2 gentlemen at the front desk who didn’t seem to be honest with us about where the shuttle would take us and that housekeeping only comes every 7 days when we asked to have our room cleaned.

The room was spotless and a great accommodation for the four of us! It was a perfect place for our total stay in Nashville/Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. The gentleman at the front desk was even able to allow us to check in early as our flight was changed.
Staybridge was located off of Leslie Ave, which is my wife’s name! LoL!
108 was a great room. Close (But not too close) to the lobby, snacks, and free breakfast!

We enjoyed staying at Staybridge Suites Nashville. I’d love to give 5 stars, but the room was not ready until 5pm even though the check in time was 4pm. That’s about it. The room we stayed, a 2 bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast, courteous staff, etc. Overall, our stay was great!
