The location was perfect; home itself was nice but there was a lot that should have been better. After reaching out to see about early checkin I was informed that they were doing some repairs & still cleaning so we waited until 3pm which was fine. There was a lot of disappointment to follow. Upon arrival the garage keypad was missing & the garage door open, we discovered that 1 bathroom was in the process of having the tub replaced so we would be down 1 shower which is huge when you have 7 people, 5 of being women in one house. I did call about this & a stopped-up drain in another bathroom and was told the plumber would be back, but the shower would not be usable for 24 hrs which would have been fine. They never returned & I fixed the sink. We were left without a keypad to the garage for the whole weekend (guess the "plumber" had it). Asking guest to download an app to control this is super inconvenient. Missing light bulbs in several of the rooms, including zero lights on the rooftop. The hot tub had a dirt ring & there were empty bottle/cans on the roof, all the chairs on the roof were broken so there was no sitting and enjoying the rooftop.The ice maker was not working properly, later discovered a frozen bottle of juice in it. The Kuerig did not work, no trash in main level bathroom, no dishwasher pods or trash bags under kitchen sink (as stated in checkout email) and the floors were not swept or mopped. Did reach out privately but was ignored. Not worth the cost.
