The room wasn’t cleaned as well as it should’ve been. The couch had lots of stains and there was foreign hair on the floor in the bathroom. I’d also recommend carts for luggage be not just on the first floor but also the second floor at the front door.

Perfect spot if your planing an evening out on the town, VERY walkable, quiet and secure building/parking. I would have liked to receive checkout information earlier than 8am the morning of, we left by 7:30am and therefore didn’t follow certain checkout procedures. Please send earlier!

Don’t stay here if you’re planing to do work via internet during your vacation. Did not have WiFi access the whole duration of our stay and was in fact was on phone calls and texting for help from 11pm the night before and then again the next morning from 10am to 3pm ish trying to get it to work. It was a lot of wasted time!!! We also did not have hot water upon arrival until my husband(who was an engineer) decided to snoop around and managed to fix the problem ourselves. The coffee table was also very wobbly, no suitable for kids to be using it. The amenities were available but not complete, meaning it was nice to have a washer dryer and dishwasher BUT no detergent was provided or mentioned at time of booking. The door staff was wonderful and they did try to send a live person to fix our issues but they just couldn’t do anything to resolve the problems. The location was very quiet and safe. Having a bigger space with the full kitchen was why we chose this spot for our family w a toddler.

Spacious unit. Nice kitchen. Walkable in warmer weather. Some cosmetic items need some attention, but overall happy with our stay. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

When we first arrived, the room we booked had not been cleaned (used towels on the tub, bed not made, trash not taken out). When we called customer service, they were quick to respond by giving us another suite but it wasn’t as nice as the one we had originally booked. I am somewhat disappointed in the fact we didn’t get to stay in our chosen room. However, overall, the room we were in was nice, comfortable, and clean.
