This home was great for our girls trip. The rooms were spacious and attached bathrooms very convenient. Very nice home with everything we needed. Lots of steps, though, so be prepared to carry your luggage up one or two full flights of stairs since the elevator is not available for guests.
With four levels, we 4 seniors (age 70-75) got lots of exercise! But with that, we absolutely loved 4 ensuite bath/bedrooms for each of usParking is easy for 1 car, tricky with 2..
The place was fairly nice and spacious. However, there were a number of issues that arose.Immediately upon entering there were various dirty bags of laundry throughout the kitchen.I messaged the hosts to tell them. Eventually a cleaning lady let herself in without any warning to come retrieve them which was a little weird. However, the biggest problem was that the property sits overlooking a massive construction site. I had specifically asked if there would be any construction noise before I booked and was told no. Instead every single morning at 7am, incredibly loud jackhammering began. I cannot stress this enough, it wasn't just loud, it literally reverberated throughout the entire home. The place was essentially unlivable for half the day. This continued every single day. It gave some of us migraines, and it got to the point where we weren't even able to go out and enjoy Nashville in the evenings. The rental company went back and forth with us each day and eventually offered us some financial compensation. While I certainly appreciated that, it felt far too low. Given that I had specifically asked about construction noise initially, it did feel like we had been deceived, and had payed a premium for this luxury stay, when if we had known, we would have never rented here.
First, I got e-mails and said that I may be able to check in early, possibly AI generated. I was hopeful because no one stayed in the property the day before our stay. I was willing to pay the additional fees. I was told they would notify me when the cleaning service was done. I arrived an hour early and waited for the call, no call. Everything was still ok at this point. I had my things at the front door so I could enter at 3, I had my daughter's Wedding rehearsal and diner starting at 3:30, it was 2 miles away. After repeated attempts to use the code it did not work. I called and texted the number that sent me the message several times and no answer. To add to the stress level there had been a constant jack hammer from the time I arrived, - construction across the street. At 3:40, after loading everything back into my car, I got a response about the code. I am now 10 minutes late. "What happens when you add a check mark to the code I sent you", well the complete code usually opens the door and it did. As you go higher in the unit it gets hotter and hotter, so keep this in mind if you go in the Summer. There was also a ring camera and two other cameras posted on the outside entrance doors, kind of creepy. Finally, Sunday when we are leaving at 7, the lawn man arrives to cut the grass, and blows grass and dirt all over my car. I also am not sure the garage can hold two cars unless you have small cars. We didn't even attempt two cars in the garage.
This is a great property, any problems we had there was always a good response. The common area between the units with fire pits and chairs and patio is very fun to meet other people. Great all the way around.
Most folks know when you find a spot thats awesome you keep it to yourself but as hard as it is for me to share i know its the right thing to do. This place is amazing, phenomenal. If you're coming to see Nashville , this is the spot. Amazing views of the city from the roof top patio, watch the sun set..I could go on and on about this place. Awesome!
