The receptionist Ebony was absolutely amazing! She was juggling a lot at one time (including impatient customers) and still kept a wonderful attitude. She was thorough and very kind and most certainly deserves a raise or some type of positive acknowledgement! Besides that our rooms were very nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious! We'll definitely think of this hotel the next time we're on Nashville!
Bed was so bad, rolled into middle. Bathroom door so heavy could not close. Check in did not give wifi, had to pay for parking. Elevator and hallway very hot. Staff was rude. Did not have time for breakfast so can't review.
The place is clean, roomy, and comfortable. The parking was a bit of a headache, but I don't do well with technology. It was still a hassle. The planes taking off were kinda loud, the hotel is close to the airport. Other than that, everything was fine.
The staff was very friendly upon check-in. I remember his name was Terrence. Some personality he had and he was extremely busy helping everyone. I did have an issue with a hospital visit and the hotel made sure my vehicle was taken care of until I got out. This was appreciated beyond measure. Thank you!
No cups. Could hear people walking upstairs. Check in was a hassle. Two desk clerks kept talking to each other while we were talking. PMC added parking fee was a hassle. Had to pay separately via code scanning. Hyatt included parking fee in the incidental fees. Would not come back not recommend. Breakfast sausage was more of a supper or heavier sausage.
