The check-in process is antiquated- literally scissors and pens. The staff are great but the service at the restaurant and bars is non existent. I was in room 392 and the entire wing smelt swampy. The hotel exists because of its access to Atlantis otherwise it would be empty and bankrupt.

Excellent stay

We had a really great 5 night stay - 1 adult and 1 child. The staff was excellent, helpful, and always so very courteous. The only drawback is the restaurant, whose kitchen is way way too small for amount of the guests in the hotel, and you’d be lucky if you get your food less than 40 minutes after ordering if there’s more than a few people there. I wouldn’t bother going there for anything besides breakfast- which is chaos, but can’t complain too much for that since it’s free. The passes to Atlantis were awesome and really made the trip.

This was our first visit to the Bahamas and we had a wonderful experience. The Comfort Suites property was near to everything (restaurants, groceries, shopping, Atlantis), the hotel, the hotel restaurant (Crusoe's)and staff was excellent. Mr Terran and Mr Butler very friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds very well maintained. We definitely will return. Thank you and blessings.
