I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The view from my room was amazing. Check in and check out went perfectly. I do think food and drink are outrageously priced in the hotel shops/restaurants, but you can leave and go to shops across the street for cheaper drinks (costs about half as much). My stay was peaceful all except for one night when a group of girls checked into the room next door and had music blaring for hours upon hours. The walls are not soundproof, in other words. lol. But I expect that no matter where you stay when in a tourist city. Honestly, I would not have stayed anywhere else. The hotel is perfectly located to do anything you want in Nassau and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. I’m glad I went, and I would totally stay there again!

Room wasn’t cleaned at times. pool is cold but the kid loved it anyway. beach is great!! Most of the food is horrible. Go to the poop deck to eat instead. Funny name but way better quality for the same price. The pool food and drinks are the best. The coffee staff and bell guys are nice but most of the other staff aren’t friendly. Steak restaurant is way over priced and bad quality. Made a reservation and was put at an unset table because the other table was reserved for the party that came after us somehow. Seemed very odd, followed by a tomahawk steak that was very unevenly cooked and wine that tasted old and left out. Overall, we regret not staying at the Atlantis or Bahamar but we choose this hotel solely for the slides and mini waterpark for our 6 year old. She loved the slides but could only go on two since she is under 48 inches which is the same issue we were trying to avoid with Atlantis. Overall the waterpark and beach were the only things we liked. I’d spring for Atlantis next time.

Friendly. Staff but the rooms could have been cleaner. The property is outdated and the amenities are lacking. However, It’s a convenient walk to downtown.
