O Hotel tem boa estrutura de instalações e o café da manhã e muito bom. Infelizmente no critério LIMPEZA o hotel deixou a desejar, sem que ela fosse realizada no quarto em nenhum dos três dias de minha hospedagem. Até o funcionário da recepção admitiu que eu estava com a razão e me forneceu algumas toalhas. Fica o registro!
O Hotel esta localizado em uma rua que dá para a praia porém uns 15 min de caminhada, mais afastado da rua onde se encontra os restaurantes e bares de Ponta Negra mas o Uber funciona muito bem e bem barato. O hotel é bem novo com instalações muito novas tbm, o unico senão do quarto é que pra casal são juntada 2 camas de solteiro e não usaram lençol com elastico na cama que fica saindo durante a noite, mas nada que seja um fator a ser tirado ponto do hotel.
A estadia foi excelente, foi a segunda vez que estivemos no Bali Mar.
A equipe de funcionários é muio atenciosa, o Alex foi mais uma vez quem nos recebeu. Sempre de bom humor e muito prestativo.
Não tenho nada acrescentar sobre oportunidades de melhorias.
Com certeza voltaremos.

Excelente hotel, bem novo, confortável, com profissionais muito atenciosos e um excelente café da manhã.
Uma sugestão é acabar com a regra de limpeza de quarto apenas a cada dois dias.
Nunca vi isso em outros hotéis e é uma política que incomoda.
Afinal, uma das coisas agradáveis é chegar ao final do dia no quarto e encontrar limpo, arrumado e com o lixo retirado.
