Hostel Sheuen appears to be fairly new and offers simple but very clean accommodations. The showers were hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was very good with a variety to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hostel building and yard are well secured but the rooms do not have individiual safes. This is a great location with good restaurants and groceries within walking distance. Overall a pleasant experience. I would stay here again. We stayed in a room with three twin beds. It would be helpful to have three sets of different coloured towels and a few more hooks to hang the towels on.

Home away from home

Alvaro provided excellent customer service and we had a very comfortable stay. The room was new, clean and spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower had constant hot water with good water pressure. The 4th story terrace had a lovely view of the mountains and the town, with free coffee and tea supplied. Alvaro was efficient and attentive to customer’s needs. He recommended the places to visit and restaurants to eat during check-in. He used his mobile phone translation to effectively communicate with us even through he does not speak English. He even sent us to the bus station with our many luggages on our last day without expecting any compensation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puerto Natales. It was a home away from home experience.

Hostal Sheuen was a great find in Puerto Natales. It was cozy, clean and tidy. We had a private room and it was great to come back to after a long trek. Perfectly located near the centre of town, restaurants and the bus terminal.

친절한 직원, 침구 및 욕실 만족

전반적으로 직원들은 친절하고, 침대 상태나 욕실 따뜻한 물 공급 상태는 만족스러웠습니다. 예약시 자세히 보지못하고 화장실 공유형 룸을 예약해서 하룻밤을 잤습니다만, 조금 불편했지만 충분히 지낼만 했습니다. 다만 방에 가구가 낡아 있는 부분은 개선이 필요해보입니다. 둘째날은 방을 옮겨서 새로 지은 건물 방으로 이동했는데 공간과 화장실 등등이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 조식 서비스도 나름 먹을만 했고 직원도 친절 했습니다. 전자레인지 사용할수 있어서 좋았습니다.
