The lack of communication by hotel management & staff at Church Street Inn resulted in our booking at another hotel. We paid twice to stay one night due to a lack of timely follow up on the part of Church Street Inn employees. Very disappointed in the lack of communication!

Very friendly staff. The room we stayed in was the room of lights and it was decorated like a Christmas living room. Beautiful balcony right outside our room to smoke or eat and able to see the lights down the stree.. beautiful place to spend Christmas

Yes, I will be back. It was a wonderful place for me and my friend to stay at. The staff was so friendly. Had an issues with the TV and she was up there to fix it fast. Just a wonderful place.

The staff was great. Tracey and Myla at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Had great restaurant suggestions and helpful directions. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and nice. Enjoyed seeing the beautiful antique furniture and Christmas decorations.

We stay here because of the convience but the attention to detail and the staff are awesome. You walk in and the fresh smell is so inviting. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast it good. The happy hour is a nice treat to relax and get to know others. The gated parking is so nice to have especially when an event is going on you can walk to everywhere.

Location is perfect for walking to all the nearby shops and restaurants on Front Street. Gated parking lot is available for $10/night, but I found the area to be pleasant and felt comofrtable with street parking for two nights. Area is quiet and most places shut down aroun 8 or 9pm but there are a few open later. Hotel was clean and front desk service was top notch and friendly! Beds were comfy, water was nice and hot. Tv was funky because we could only get the Roku to work and wanted regular cable, but no biggie. I would stay here again.
