Terrible service.

Man at the counter was extremely rude and refused to check me into my second room. Got upset with me through my credit card and walked away during our transaction. He made me call the booking phone number instead of reading my Email confirmation This hotel is also central location for prostitution. Avoid at all costs.

The best thing of the property is the view in the morning facing the water, other than that it’s not a safe area and property needs some upkeep around the building smelt like urine and it’s close to the high way next to a gas station

They smoke no matter what

The check in went well the guy at the front desk helped me out and did a great job. But the first room I got was a “non smoking” and it smelled like weak smoke. Went back got another room and that one had burnt sheets from smoking

We had two towels for four people, no hand towels, no face towel towels. We ordered them didn’t get them until the next day. Our door was not shutting properly at all. It took about two hours for them to fix it while we were trying to get ready, some of the staff is very questionable!

Noise ! Smoke ! 2 AM

Room smelled smoking badly !!!!! But the most insane was a event/party/karaoke happening on saturday night by the lobby area what made impossible to sleep !!!! Dont understand how the management at least didnt offer rooms on the other side of the building. It was so loud and went all the way till 2 AM !!!!!! I love parties but either the hotel needs to have a blocked noise room for events or management should first inform guests about it and second, should had offer a different room. Never will stay again on this place.
