3-bedroom 12th floor condo in Navarre with amazing views and beach service!

Emerald Haven is your chance to get away from it all! From the moment you step in and see the ocean from the living room windows, you will feel the stresses of every day life fade away. With 3 nicely appointed bedrooms and a bath for each, you will feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for any meal you wish to prepare. New this year is a Keurig coffee maker with full pot or single serve options! The wrap around balcony offers plenty of room to sit and enjoy the gulf or the sound on the other side. Charcoal grills, three swimming pools (one that's heated in the off season) and hot tubs are all available outside. And then there's the ocean! Enjoy sand, surf and the ocean marine life that visit the area. "Beach service" is provided March 1-Oct 1. It includes two chairs and an umbrella, plus one hour use of a paddle board or kayak each day. There are extra beach chairs in the condo for your use as well as a beach tent, boards, and other beach toys. We have just added a portable bed for your baby as well! The Gulf Island National Seashore is just a short drive down the beach where you are likely to see dolphins frolicking, or rays swimming close to the beach. The turtle sanctuary is also close by, as is the Santa Rosa sound, snorkeling and diving reefs (see www.divenavarrebeach.com to find reef locations and information) within walking distance-dive shops close by, the Gulf Breeze Zoo, and the Blue Angels Museum and practice field. The Blue Angels do a fly by most Sundays between 5-7 pm when they are in town and it is amazing to see from the balcony! Navarre Beach is a beautiful location year round that is a little ways away from the hustle and bustle of the larger beach vacation towns, but offers everything you could possibly need. There are several restaurants within walking distance, multiple grocery stores withing a few minutes drive and a nice path/sidewalk for walking and running.
