Welcome to the newly custom built, three-level waterfront Bora Bora Beach House.

Located at the west end of Navarre Beach, this stunning 3,000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath home comfortably sleeps 12 and includes a heated salt-water pool, spa, and pier on the Santa Rosa Sound.

This house is inspired from a love of coastal waters and a passion for water sports. If your family and friends are looking for waterfront fun with beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets, this is the place!

This beach house has an inverted open-living floor plan, with vaulted ceilings along with a master bedroom suite on the upper level and 4 additional bedrooms on the middle level.

The large open living-kitchen-dining-great room, on the upper level has beautiful water views. Glass railings on the middle and upper sound side decks allow unobstructive views of the Emerald Coast. Sit back in the Polywood chairs and enjoy the peacefulness of this beautiful oasis.

The living area has a large 65 inch TV with seating for 8 on two full size sofas and swivel rockers.

The large kitchen area includes a double door refrigerator with ice maker, an under counter ice maker, a luxurious Ruvatti meal prep sink, a bar sink, and a wine cooler.

The Amish, custom made in Ohio, dining table seats 10. Additional seating for 4 at the large granite island counter.

The three king bedroom suites and one queen bedroom suite are also furnished with solid wood Amish crafted furniture made in America. The `ship lap` bunk bed, custom made by a local craftsman, includes queen over queen mattresses, USB ports, and lighting. Each ensuite bedroom features a large tiled walk-in shower with luxurious rain head shower and a hand shower. Three bedrooms on the middle level have large 50 inch flat screen TV`s.

Backyard Oasis
On the first level, enjoy the Bora Bora Tiki Hut Bar, custom made by another local craftsman. This features a ship lap wall, tiki counter, and palm leaf roof with custom lighting and hosts a second refrigerator and a commercial ice maker. This opens to one of the largest private pools and spas on Navarre Beach (38` x 15`). The pool is a `shallow 3 1/2 ft to 4 1/2 ft deep sports pool` with a tanning shelf, perfect for relaxing and family water games. There are also connect four and cornhole yard games. Step right out into the sand, play in the shallow calm sound water, and take a dip off our 117 foot pier.

Relax by the pool, or on the pier and watch the dolphins play in the sound and birds dive for fish at sunset.

Just 100 yards to the west is the National Seashore, where you can walk for miles. Pensacola Beach is 20 minutes to the west and Fort Walton Beach is 30 minutes to the east with many restaurants and attractions.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy for Homes: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

POOL NOTICE: The pool can be heated year around. If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per day charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heater is set at 83 degrees and will not be adjusted. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy
*For disruptive behavior
*Bringing any type of pet on the property
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement
*No smoking in or around home
*THERE IS NO GARAGE PARKING
*No fireworks in or around home
*No diving into pool or from the pier. Shallow water depths.
*Plastic ware to be used on all decks and pool deck
*NO glass on decks, patio or pool areas. Any glass breakage will result in a minimum $1,000.00 fine.
*Do not hang towels or clothing on the glass railings
*NO BOATS or SEA-DOO`s MOORED TO THE PIER
*Raise pier ladder each day to keep barnacles from growing

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR PARTY DURING YOUR STAY!
