The condo had one of the most amazing views from sooo many points!! I also loved that the condo was the end building right next to the pier. The wrap around balcony was such a plus and the 11th floor out of 15 gave such a large view of the entire area. The condo was clean and the check in process was a breeze. The only complaint I would have is that a lot of the furniture was broken down, old, and outdated. The patio furniture was just scattered and had to be moved and rearranged to even access the primary bedroom balcony door. The blinds would also not open in the primary bedroom which was a little disappointing considering the view there was to see. And only the living room and primary bedroom had smart tvs. If you don’t have your own fire stick you can’t watch tv. Which isn’t a big deal for some but the kiddos were a little sad lol. However, all of the negative mentioned are just minor things and definitely didn’t take away from an amazing stay and beautiful condo!! I would definitely stay again, especially since my daughter lives in Pensacola and I visit quite often.

View is breathtaking for both sunrise and sunset. The 3 bathrooms were well stocked and the master bathroom was awesome. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Beds were very comfortable. Couch was comfortable. Carpet is a bit worn and the blinds need some help—but we would definitely stay here again. Really beautiful location. Walking distance to several restaurants. A couple of folding chairs to enable 8 to sit at the table rather than 6 would be a solid add. But it was supremely easy and communication was fast, direct, and clear! Thank you!

Good Afternoon,We almost always book through VRBO when we go to Navarre. Im sorry to say, that through all of our vacations there, this was by far, our least favorite. There were several things in the unit (Summerwind 1101) that need correcting. However, they did come in and work on 2 things that i mentioned to them and let me add, they came in Unannounced, left No note letting us know that they came in . Had it not been for the light bulbs in the garbage can, we wouldnt have know.I did text Scenic Stays about everything that needed attention and told them that We made the needed adjustments for our stay and the issues could be resolved after we left.Also, when we called about someone being in the unit, just before we got off the phone, you could tell that they were working from home because you could hear a rooster crowing in the background. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!I Sorry to complain so much because we usually have a wonderful experience, and yes, they were attentive on the matter, explaining that they do really stiff background checks when hiring and told us if there was anything else that we needed, please let them know.We will continue to use VRBO for future vacation stays, but will definitely make sure that Senic Stays is not listed as a subrental company. Maybe VRBO needs to look into any other complaints with this company. As Always, the view was wonderful (even with the rain and bad weather), but the unit we stayed in definitely needs to be updated !

Master bedroom blinds were broken, e-mailed about them, said someone would come to fix, never did. There was mold on the shower curtains, the blinds in the living room also didn’t work. One of the bar stools seat was broken in half, the water in the master bedroom tub and kitchen sink dripped. Refrigerator drawers were broken. Tv in the room with the queen bed didn’t work. Overall not impressed with the unit for the price we paid to stay. I would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

Location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The condo could use some minor updates- not one window blind worked properly, coffee pot was broken and microwave did not work- with minor updates we would have no issues with staying here again!

Check in was very easy. There are carts to use to help with getting your luggage upstairs. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We woke up every morning to see the sunrise from the balcony. It was absolutely breathtaking. The condo is exactly like the photos. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids. The beds were very comfy. We do recommend bringing beach towels and bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and trashbags. Upon arrival we did have to have maintenance come up and check a blown plug in the kitchen, glass in the garbage disposal and a loose sliding door handle. Later the next day we did discover that 2 out of 3 bath tubs did back up and sand was coming up. There was also mildew on the shower curtain. The dish drainer to dry dishes was also left very dirty, which we did clean. Of course all quick fixes however, a cleaning fee is paid every time it is rented out and I am not sure how these were missed. One of the bedrooms really never cooled down enough however the rest of the condo did. The amenities offered with this condo are great. So many great places to eat near by.

Great Location

This was a great stay for a family of 8! It was in the best location with a great view! We were missing things that normal air bnb has like spices, extra blankets, additional cleaning supplies, etc. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect location

Our stay was fine, location of this condo is fantastic! Having said that, we were somewhat disappointed in a few things for the price of our stay.Condo is in need of updated furniture, chairs in living room extremely uncomfortable, couch so-so, one of the doors on laundry area needs fixed ( not attached), blinds in master bedroom are a joke ( could not even shut them) definitely needs replacing. In fact all blinds were pretty much useless, ice maker was not working at all. Outdoor patio furniture was a joke, couldn’t enjoy that area at all!Having said all that, again the location was the best part of our stay in this unit. Our family has been coming yearly to Navarre Beach for over ten years, this is only the second time I’ve written a review such as this. I figure the money charged for a weekly stay, units should be in top notch condition, furniture and all!KB

First time in Navarre

We've only ever stayed in Destin and rent at Silver Beach Towers with Compass Resorts as our hosts, so it is difficult not to compare the two.The unit was situated perfectly for our tastes and had the rooms we needed. I would describe it as very well used. There were a lot of broken or nearly broken, things in the unit. We did contact them about the leaky toilet in one of the bedrooms which they fixed promptly. We should have contacted about the drippy faucet in the hot tub in the master bath. The kitchen was somewhat short on glasses and utensils. The coffee pot looked brand spanking new (Mr Coffee, drip style).The beds were comfy. I used two of our empty totes to make a makeshift night stand for my side of the bed.The check in process was very different than what we were used to at Compass Resorts. Don't expect an early check in with Scenic Stays, and there was no representative from Scenic Stays on the premises, which is different than Silver Beach Towers. There is a large parking lot across the street if you get there before 4 that you can park at. Publix and Walmart are fairly close by as well. I had to call Scenic Stays when we did not get our access code at 4 pm. They did send it over promptly after I called to check on it. They had security watching for your bracelets at beach access.The pools were nice and it was great to have the little shop where you could get ice and beer along with souvenirs.

I am happy to share this property's location is exactly as described! An excellent front row of the Gulf and Navarre Pier. Walkable restaurants and overall clean property, quiet beach.However, awfully disappointed with WiFi connection, which impacted my and my husband's ability to use our laptops for evening work; not to mention the inability to watch any television programs without constant connectivity interruptions. Received a prompt service response regarding the WiFi, only to find out the building's internet carrier has been a concern for other guests. We were instructed to use another guest's WiFi username, only to compete with the number of devices used at the same time as us and the other guests we were sharing WiFi with.1101 is in need of updating: sparce wall decor (many empty walls), aged appliances (microwave over stove inoperative but microwave on counter works), active leak from roof of fridge, worn leather sofa, throw pillows with spots and evidence of extended wear and tear, patio furniture with visible rips at the seam, lack of color and decor in bedrooms and bathrooms, tiniest televisions (12-14 inch models) in bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our time outside the condo, but our stay at this property left us disappointed. Hoping this review motivates owners to do better....

Excellent Location

If you are going to Navarre Beach you would be hard pressed to find a better location. You are literally on the beach, the views from the unit are spectacular, and the pool and beach access are great. Parking is also a breeze - but be sure to put the facility pass (located in the unit when you arrive) on your dashboard as they do tow. The unit itself is ample (we has three adults and three kids under 12) as there are three bedrooms (beds are very comfortable) and three baths (the master bath is huge). On the minus side, the unit is pretty worn and dated and not everything works (for us, the Wi-Fi was problematic and the cable TVs never worked); however, the plusses certainly outweigh the minuses and we would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

The view was amazing! When I got there it hadn’t been cleaned, but I called and they had someone there to clean it within the hour while I went and got groceries and had a meal. They offered to move me, but the view was perfect and they took care of everything so quickly that it didn’t even matter in the end.

Great view and location!

Five stars on the view and the location. We would definitely stay again. I would only recommend better mattresses and updated living room furniture. Even those negatives didn’t make me consider giving less than five stars!
