The house was perfect for a family get together! Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of beds and rooms to sleep a ton of people with different needs. The Great Room defines what a great room should be! Everyone can get together in there and not be cramped but is still close and comfortable. Would definitely go again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at No Shoes. There are so many spaces to sit and talk, inside and outside, and the kitchen is enormous and well equipped. The grandchildren loved the heated pool and walking on the beach. And the management team was helpful and responsive.

The house was perfect for our family and friends to gather after our daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone and something for all the kids to do. The elevator was an issue a few times but it got resolved quickly. they had someone come out and reset it and from there we knew how to fix it if it hand again. Great memories were made.Thank you!

Pros:Gorgeous home and very clean. Pool was clean and the pool house/kitchen is so convenient.Two refrigerators and two dishwashers was amazing!The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances - two crock pots, toaster, etc. That was very much appreciated!Cons:Pillows are awful. So uncomfortable. The towel rack in our bedroom was precarious. Barely touch it and it breaks off the wall, and the tile below shows this has happened repeatedly and remains unfixed. The elevator didn’t work at all. There are a ton of stairs (three stories) so UGH. The towels are like car wash shammies. I ended up using my beach towel for showers because the provided towels didn’t absorb any water. I don’t know if this last one is a pro or con, but worth mentioning. The listing states no hairdryers are provided. So I brought mine from home. Totally fine with that. However, there were multiple hairdryers there - maybe left by other guests? I would have loved to know that because mine took up literally 1/4th of my carryon-sized suitcase and I would have much preferred to not drag it halfway across the country only to find I didn’t need to. Overall, solid 4-stars.

Beach Wedding

We absolutely loved this place! The ice machine had pebble ice and had plenty for all of us, having access to a pool was great for kids to play in and the beach is as close as some resorts that are actually on the beach. Beautiful house and it was so hard to leave it to come back to reality.

One of Best Weekends of My Life

We celebrated Easter and my 80th birthday with 24 of my children and grandchildren. The accomodations were amazing -- couples could have their own room and bathroom, and cousins loved the bunkbed room. The home is so well set up for a big gathering with double refrigerators, dishwashers, even blenders. We made all our meals with the well stocked kitchen. The kids loved it all -- the video games, the pool, and there was a cart to take beach chairs to the amazing beach. The management was simply wonderful. I've been all over the world and in many VRBO's but this was wonderful. Just getting my whole family in one place was so great. There's even an elevator! Thanks so much.

Thanksgiving getaway

Overall we had a nice stay. The home is perfect for large groups and we never felt on top of each other as there was plenty of spaces to hang out. I’ve listed a few pros and cons below
 Pros - plenty of seating and space to hang out - Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom - Outdoor spaces were great with plenty of seating - The dual fridge and oven were perfect for prepping thanksgiving food - house was very clean - the double washer and dryer and ice machine were perfect - loved all the yard games and beach supplies Cons - we paid for the pool to be heated and the only day it worked was the first day. We reached out to property manager and asked for someone to come out. We did not see a vendor and there was no follow up. The pool remained cold the rest of our stay - we paid extra for the golf cart and it came empty. We ended up having to drive our car to fill a canister to come back and fill the cart. I have never rented a car or golf cart that didn’t come filled, especially for the price they charged. - given the occupancy and price of home it would have been nice to have additional toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, tin foil, Serrand wrap, trash bags and beach towels. We were all traveling from different parts of the country so having to purchase beach towels upon arrival was a bit strange, especially for a home that has a pool and is located on the beach.

Perfect Property!

We had a high school youth group leadership retreat here. The space was beautiful, with lots of areas to break out for group discussions. All the amenities were outstanding and we appreciated the choices of games/activities that could be done on property. We will definitely be returning!

Family reunion

Our stay was awesome and the house was perfect for family. Pool was a perfect size and shape for the young swimmers and the downstairs area was comfortable and safe for all. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils. The deck was a wonderful place for us to gather for dinner overflow and just looking at the beautiful beach. Parking underneath was efficient for al of our cars. Bedrooms accommodated everyone well, except for the leak in the upstairs bedroom. It was a slight inconvenience for the family in that room and property manager responded well to my calls and texts. It was definitely obvious it had been a leak for a long time seeing the damage to did to the downstairs ceiling and a shock to us when we discovered the water leaking on the floor in the dining room. Overall the house was beautiful and comfortable.

Great location, Large spacious home.

The gathering area and balcony gave us plenty of room for all 30 of us. We loved the two refrigerators and two dishwashers, but the pebble ice machine in the laundry room was the icing on the cake. Restaurants and grocery stores were just across the bridge. We found everything we wanted in Navarre.

Amazing house across from the beach

Extended family vacation

The property was absolutely amazing ! We had 24 people ranging from 5 months to 80 yr old from 5 different states and we all loved this tremendous property. The weather was very cold & windy, thus we spent a lot of time in the home. It was perfect and had spaces for private conversations and multiple board games. Highly recommend

Everything you want and more

This house is absolutely perfect for any big groups needing a place to stay on Navarre Beach. Each room having its own bathroom is such a great perk. Walking distance to the beach and the option to rent the golf cart was great to help the grandparents get around. The kitchen is amazing! All of the appliances and dishware provided made the trip stress free!

Beautiful well appointed comfortably large home. Enough room for our entire family. Great location. Rooms large enough for our gathering of 28, yet private areas for quiet conversations. Plenty of parking space. Well thought out inside and out. Excellent choice for my 75th birthday.

Perfect Wedding!

We booked No Shoes Beach House for its size and location for our beach wedding. We had 30 people staying at the house and another handful of people staying at a local hotel. This house was perfect for all the weekend wedding festivities that went on. The house was spacious and BEAUTIFUL. The location to the beach was spot on. We will be making this our go to home when visiting Navarre. There is no other place that can compare to NO SHOES BEACH HOUSE!!

Family Vacation

Guess I’m a realist. Sometimes families don’t get along and I anticipated this while looking for the perfect home. This house was large enough we could get away from each other to own our personal space if need be. Awesome kitchen/dining area. The meals we had with everyone sitting around the table was the highlight of this vacation. One of my son’s grilled the perfect steaks for one of our meals. Mexican night, waffles, biscuits and gravy plus our daughter in-laws desserts made us all happy. One son brought us grouper for one of our meals, our favorite! The weather didn’t cooperate for beach time but we had the pool (with tiki bar and a bathroom!), golf carts, played some games and could drive to any location. Laundry was kept up easily and we were awed with the commercial ice machine. The elevator was a plus, as well. Guess you could say this was the perfect house for this families getaway.
