This house was the perfect size for seven adults and three children. The quiet neighborhood home was a nice change from the condos in the highly populated areasthat we’re used to in Navarre. The pool was great, but could use some umbrellas for shade. The home is nice, the living room furniture is comfortable. The beds were WAY too firm for us! There are three blades missing from the vertical blinds in the master bedroom. There was also some mildew on the ceiling around an air vent and a small hole in the wall in another bedroom upstairs.The air conditioner works really well in the home. There is a strong mildew smell in garage area. Two of the four boogie boards are broken. The lower patio area has a rusted out, mildew covered swing that blocks the back door to the backyard and should probably be tossed. I would suggest adding a few kayaks, hanging some outdoor lights and adding a fire pit (if the community allows that). There was a doberman pinscher in the fenced backyard that backs up to this home’s backyard that is pretty scary. The owner was very good about taking the dog in when we would take the kids out. Kitchen had everything you would need. The table in the kitchenette only seats about four people. Overall, the home was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
