This house has it all. We are a family of 6 that drove 12 hours to see the Florida coast. We wanted a home that could accommodate a large family with a kitchen and entertainment space. We made most of our meals in the home and enjoyed eating inside and outside. The pool is clean and amazing. The fire pit was great for s'mores. The games like disc golf, Cornhole, and boardgames kept us entertained. There's plenty of room to relax inside and out. The beach access is 15 minutes away and very easy to get to. The beaches are clean and gorgeous with an incredible pier. The owners are very friendly and responsive. I contacted them on several occasions and received replies within minutes. They really thought of it all with comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets, and more. We would definitely stay here again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this property! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, the pool was AMAZING, and all the little details (like pool towels, cookware) really stood out.

Leanna & Tim were great host & easily reachable. The pictures do not do this house justice, absolutely beautiful. There was everything there that my family of 10 needed. Pool area was amazing, outside games were a huge hit and of course the huge swing set for my 5 year old. Great location, quiet & not far from beach & different attractions. We did have a few minor issues - the freezer door handle kept falling off, ice maker wasn’t always making ice & a hair or 2 from previous guest in the shower. Additional, when outside services come to the home maybe giving guest a heads up that you might be seeing “pest control, pool boy, etc
” during your stay. But other than that, beautiful home. Great people!!!

The check in was simple and easy. The house was better than the pictures. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and everything was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a tv in each bedroom. There were 8 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. The kitchen was well stocked and it had everything we needed. The backyard and pool were amazing! We had great privacy with the fence and the pool was the highlight of the trip. The location was great. It is a very quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from everything. We had an issue with an appliance, the owners responded immediately and it was taken care of within an hour. Overall we were thrilled with this place and would love to stay there again!

We loved the pool area and the game area. However, it was not real clean when we got there and we did not appreciate having to vacuum before we left and launder pool towels. Felt like that was a job for the cleaning lady.

Family Vacation

The house was awesome. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space but yet lots of room for us to all come together. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was fabulous. We were traveling with a 2 year old and she loved the play area outside. We all spent a lot of time at the pool, cooking on the grill. Can’t say enough nice things about this property. The owners were great and very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future.

Hidden Dream

The house was absolutely perfect for our multi generational family vacation. The layout of the house was perfect and they had absolutely everything you could need for an extended stay. They provide pool towels, linens, bath towels, some toiletries, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and even some floats and toys for the pool There were some small maintenance things that need to be addressed: towel rack hanging loosely on the wall, the freezer door handle kept falling off, the grill needs to be cleaned (we had to cook on foil), and the ice maker was on the fritz. But these were just small issues that didn’t affect our stay. Overall, the house was wonderful and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for families

Clean, well stocked, plenty to do indoors and out for families of all age children. Loved there is a bonus room, which makes 5 sleeping areas. Hosts are helpful and clear. Pool is heated and lots of seating indoo and out.

Family Vacation!

Fantastic week in Navarre! We had no issues what so ever. Great communication with the host. Nice home, well maintained neighborhood, fabulous pool and outdoor space. Short drive to the beautiful white sandy Beaches.We will definitely be back sooner than later!

Lovely stay

Our family really enjoyed the property! The pool was the highlight. The owners were fast to respond with questions. The layout of the place is like 3 separate living areas. The master bedroom area and bathroom, a queen bed & full bed/bunkbed room and bathroom, and a full bed/bunkbed room and bathroom. This set up worked great with the 3 families we had going. Each family had their own area to themselves. Look forward to coming back here in the future!
